Beautiful house in a great location.

The house itself was truly stunning, and it was perfectly situated right in the heart of the town. We felt incredibly fortunate to have the option of off-street parking, a real asset in Stratford, which can sometimes be quite difficult to find. Our host was really nice and was quick with her responses whenever we had questions. It's safe to say that we're already looking forward to returning next summer, hoping to get the chance to enjoy the garden!

Townhouse theatre trip

The location of the Townhouse is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The drive was very welcome in the centre of town. We would definitely return.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from The Other Place theatre. The host was very welcoming and we couldn't fault the accommodation for comfort and facilities. Just a shame we couldn't stay longer this time and we would definitely look to book again for a return visit.

This property is perfect for parking, location perfect for shopping and sight seeing.

Location was perfect very close to Trinity Church, and shopping. The house being self contained was great for us, the hosts have thought of everything we could need with private parking being another added bonus.

ideally located for a visit to RSC, lovely residential street, easy to find from the train station. Our host met us early as we had to change our mode of transport unexpectedly and arrived considerably earlier than our booked time.

for our needs it was a good match, with comfortable furniture and fittings, comfy sitting room and bedrooms, nice dining area, lovely kitchen, we loved finding tea and coffee, milk and cookies after our long train journey!

It was a perfect location for the theatre. The house was immaculate and spacious. The host spent some time on arrival to make sure we knew where we needed to go to get to the play . Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms.

Very good location. Host very friendly and helpful, and accommodation comfortable and spacious. Short walk to theatres and town. Off street parking, always a good thing to have. Very much appreciated tea coffee milk and biscuits provided on arrival.

This is a lovely place to stay and a great location! The house was very clean and comfortable. The garden is a lovely space to enjoy as well. Phillipa (the owner) was really helpful and very quick to respond to messages. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Such a great location for exploring Stratford centre on foot. The house was very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfy. Loved our stay here.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

The owner asked me to call her and arrived at the property within 5 minutes of us arriving. Property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with plenty of downstairs space to seat, eat and prepare any meals. Bedrooms were ample size with lots of hanging/ storage space, comfortable beds and a very nice shower. Access to the town was only a 5-minute walk away which was perfect.

Lovely overnight stay in this cosy, comfortable house which was very convenient to the town centre.

The location in a quiet, leafy road close to the RSC theatre was perfect for our stay. The lovely back garden was a real bonus.

Lovely semi-detached house close to town

A lovely fully self-contained house. The back garden was gorgeous although the weather was a little too cold to enjoy it. Just a short stroll to the Avon River and into town. Seemed like a very safe area with room to park the car on the property.

Water pooled on the bathroom floor after each shower and the upstairs toilet didn't flush properly but the owner was notified and will rectify these issues
