Served a purpose, without impressing.

Very good location

Very small rooms. Seating uncomfortable.. Shower pull switch broken. Shower very low pressure. Facilities in the property of low quality.

The location was near the beach. The chalet was very cute. And it's pet-friendly for a small fee

It suited our needs and left me with a nice impression of Mablethorpe.

It was cosy and comfortable. We could park right outside and very close to the seafront. A tidy green space outside on which our son could play. I liked the atmosphere of the place. Bit out of date, but in a cosy way. I found the beds very comfortable. Nice pictures and decor and board games in the child’s bedroom. The place seemed to have a family history. Excellent shower.

The TV and DVD player didn’t work. It smelt of dog when we arrived, but the smell faded after a couple of days. We covered the sofa in a blanket so we didn’t pick up dog hairs. The place was a bit tatty and dated, cutlery and plates too, weeds outside, needed painting, but still, it was homey and pleasant. A nice location too.

Was exactly what we were looking for small with kitchen to use not far from the beach was great stay and good value for the time away 100% would stay again

Could have done with somewhere to hang jackets once entering the chalet and maybe a rack/tray for shoes as we did have rain which meant shoes were on the floor leaving puddles on the flooring and jackets we had to hang in the bedroom Could use with slight modernisation not a great deal but just to spruce up I guess, I’m not a small guy so found the shower a little tight but nothing really could be done about this due to lack of space in the bathroom but I managed ok though Chairs in the living room were ok little uncomfortable after an hour or so but again was fine as most the time we were out exploring etc so they wasn’t used much except with the day of bad weather

Lovely location, chalet not so great

The chalet is in need of some structural repair and maintenance, there is a hole between the doorframe and the wall which allows a cold draft to come in. None of the door handles work properly The shower doors don’t close properly which leaves the bathroom floor wet, and there is no bathmat to stop you slipping and there is no lock on the bathroom door. The only plug sockets in the main bedroom is an extension lead under the bed, so I had to crawl under the bed to switch out chargers, hair dryer etc. the beds are small and very uncomfortable, the towels are small and thin and the draws in the smaller bedroom fall forward when you try and open them and the dressing table doesn’t have a stool as there is no space for one. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities so I can’t comment on those, other than the fridge was turn off when we arrived. The electric is on a meter, the overall feel of the chalet is that it’s run on a shoestring.

Perfect little chalet on the quiet side of Mablethorpe beech

Brilliant little Chalet by the sea. Was perfect for our stay and a stones throw away from the Beech at Mablethorpe and the park with added Lido. Facilities small but perfect for a couple of nights stay and had everything you need. Great and helpful hosts, very clean chalet and super stay!

There was nothing we didn't like but maybe could have done with some recycling for cans and paper?

Lovely little chalet on a quiet site. Hosts excellent at contact through booking.com and replied quickly. Parking facilities on site right outside chalet. Would definitely stay again.

The owners communication was excellent. The sofa and beds were comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Parking was easy. The location was perfect for the beach.

One medium towel each wasn't quite enough when showering. The sofa was 3 seater when it's a 4 person accommodation.
