Barton beach holiday appartments are absolutely amazing value for money, They literally think of every little thing you'll need for a get away from children's toys, pull out beds/travel cots to pottys and learning toilet seats... the kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob all pots pans and cups glasses plates ect even down to a slow cooker really well equipped!! Iron and ironing board, also have smart fire TV with Netflix and all other apps free WiFi and the central heating was band on... we went Nov so was raining and slightly cold was great to dry off and get cosy ♡ No towels are provided but come on people its not a hotel its a holiday appartment taking your own towels won't kill you!!

Fine for tiny people - not for me thanks

Great location, close to beach, park and excellent bar/restaurant across the road. Free parking, although the space is very narrow.

The lounge furniture was incredibly low - only 8/9 inches off the floor. Fine if you are a tiny person, but for a taller person like me, it was impossible to sit down, so I had only a dining chair to sit on. The bed was not comfortable - very little support in the mattress. The TV signal was very poor and when a storm blew up on the first morning, it stopped working altogether. Another review was told that it is internet enabled so signal doesn't matter, but the TV would not turn on at all - maybe battery in remote control was dead? No instructions for TV if it could be turned on, so only my phone to watch. There were 3 hall runner mats which overlapped, presenting a trip hazard. After tripping twice between the bathroom and bedroom, I moved them as it was a health and safety accident waiting to happen. I wiped my feet on the doormat and removed my shoes so I didn't dirty the carpet. The washing up sponge in the kitchen was used and not fresh - I would expect a fresh one for each booking.

Loved It

Location was ideal, just across road from beach. As soon as we walked through the front door felt right at home and knew we would be happy with our stay. Bed was very comfy, great night sleep. fantastic communication from owner on gaining access to the property and parking etc. Also lovely welcome note in property and info for tv and heating if needed. Lovely 2 bed property very nicely decorated. Ideal for a family stay they have bunk beds in second room. Nice touch with games under tv unit and child toilet seat etc in bathroom for little ones which thought very thoughtful. Would highly recommend staying for either a short break or a week away. It is self catering, but the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and a washing machine. Bathroom is also a nice size as are both the bedrooms and the lounge was very comfy. Could not fault anything, We will definitely book to stay here again.

Lovely Flat at the beach

It is a typical English flat with enough room for everyone. We really liked the interior design, it was so lovely! And the beds were so soft :) At the next morning we could walk to the beach and watch the sunrise.
