Spacious apartment located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) near one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy: Lake Como. La Mansarda is characterized by exposed wooden ceilings and a spacious terrace overlooking the park where you can spend pleasant evenings walking in the open air.
The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds (which can eventually become a double) and the third with a single bed; thus proving ideal for families with children or a group of friends. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a bright living room where you can relax. The kitchen is complete with all the comfort guests may need during their stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. We also underline the presence of a private car park at the property, excellent added value taking into account that Como is a city with very few car parks, and all of them are paid.
La Mansarda is located in a strategic area near Como public park, a huge green area that embraces the eastern shore of Lake Como. A few minutes by foot from the apartment, you can also find Tempio Voltiano, a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta, the inventor of the electric battery. This apartment is also close to the ferry docks, the city centre and Como San Giovanni train station.

We very much enjoyed this property. It's exceptionally clean and properly supported by rent Como. It was also well-equipped. Very comfortable. It was a great plus that it included a parking space.

Beautiful apartment on the lake . Close walk to waterfront town. Great food and right next door to the most fun bar and a grocery store. Rent all Como were excellent to deal with and we even met the owners who were wonderful! I would totally recommend! Perfect stay !

What a wonderful property. The apartment was in a great location, close to all the attractions in Como, very clean and comfortable too. When checking in Chiara was passing by and she introduced herself. A lovely person. We recommend La Mansarda to everyone
