Only for short intimate stay with partner but not for travellers.
Bed was comfy. Toilet and room clean. Warm water normal.
READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! We were driving by car and decided to book this property when in city already. Host sent us message that must pay city tax 3 eur before get code for key locker. The payment link we received was in Italian language and overall it was difficult to do payment with phone because I do not save my passwords in phone and all bank applications need a password and 2 step verification.. We suggested that we could do payment when inside room and could concentrate better. Not possible. After 1,5 hours of struggling, we finally did it and paid required 3 eur.. Room was equipped with small sauna and jacuzzi. Temperature was terrible hot and air condition did not work. After keeping windows open for two hours, we had normal room temp for sleeping. There was no garderobe for clothes. No kitchenette. No seating area. Only bed + sauna and jacuzzi. At night impossible to keep windows open due to street noise from accelerating cars. Place is good for short intimate erotic stay with partner but not for normal travelling. What if use sauna and jacuzzi and afterwards want to get rid of moisture and hot air and impossible to keep windows open and air condition do not work? Choice of facilities could be much more practical. Definitely place is not for older couples and definitely not for more than one night stay.
