Enjoyed it

The apartment was very cozy, very clean and beautiful. They care for every detail you are missing coming from road.

There is no parking and was hard to find one and it was loudly by the morning coming from the streets.

Great stay in Como

Had a brilliant stay for a couple nights here in Como. The room is around a 5 minute walk from the train station. The key boxes are located a few doors away from the main entrance though the instructions are clear on how to get there. The room itself was clean and had nice touches like free toiletries. The shower was great and the real highlights were the hot tub and sauna. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the main areas for food, ferries and bus stops. Overall loved the stay and would definitely return again.

More of a suggestion to have clearer instructions for the sauna as we couldn't use the first night, but was working the second night fine.

It was good but not amazing for what we paid for one night, however host was responsive but it was difficult to get into

The room was cosy and exactly what we needed after a busy few days travelling. The sauna was lovely !!!

The room was not very clean, with the bin being full and cups on the side being used. The towels positioned as if someone had used them and only one used toilet roll left.

Lovely room and facilities.

The property had the best of facilities and had a really good location near the football stadium and about a 5/10 minute walk from train station and city centre and supermarket nearby. Bed was super comfortable and really good pressure in the shower.

The property had a strange check in service, got given codes that didn’t work to get in. I was sent the codes quickly after I message the host and they worked but they were different to the ones I’d already received. The hot tub bath is very noisy and you can hear other rooms in the hot tub at all hours.

A relaxing way to reset after busy days around Como.

Such a relaxing room to be in and the sauna is my favourite part it is a nice reset after exploring Como all day.

I liked the facilities and the details in the room, the Spa and all in-room facilities

- it was very hard to get into the room, too many codes and the keys were in a place other than the property. - The A.C was not working my second night and no one was available to help. - no respond when contacting them regarding the A.C.

We had a lot of trouble with check in. We checked in before we came, but got no instructions about where to find keys and how to get in until we were there and contacted the host. We had difficulties getting in through the door even when we had the code for it, and had to help others who also couldnt manage.

Una dolce coccola tra sauna e spa in “casa”

Super attrezzata e molto comoda grazie alla sua posizione. Dettagli e design curati da rendere molto confortevole e gradevole il soggiorno anche solo una notte come abbiamo fatto noi.

L’unica cosa che cambierei sono le porte o rafforzerei i muri poiché sono poco insonorizzate.

Ca a ete un peu complique au moment de payer la taxe ….car personne pour nous Acceuillir ;on sera serait cru dans un jeu payer les taxes ,on Donne les clefs apres en sachant que nous avions payer sur booking la chambre courage si ce Sont des personnes plus agees !!!

Tutto bellissimo, stanza molto pulita e accogliente. Vasca idromassaggio fantastica, la sauna non l'abbiamo utilizzata.

Unica pecca il parcheggio, difficile da trovare perché è sempre pieno e poi tutto a pagamento. La struttura potrebbe mettere a disposizione un pass per non pagare il parcheggio magari aggiungendo nel pagamento qualcosina in più.

Parfait pour une nuit en amoureux

L'hôtel est bien placé, proche de la gare et du centre de Côme. Le top du top pour un séjour détente en couple!

La literie moyen mais pas catastrophique non plus. Et peut-être ajouter quelques petits linges de bain en plus.

Posizione centrale, pulito ma letto da migliorare

Struttura che si trova in un vecchio palazzo, ma molto vicino al centro. La camera è risultata pulita e ben tenuta. Le istruzioni per il check in e check out chiare e semplici.

Purtroppo non c’erano né tapparelle né oscuranti per le finestre e non sono riuscita a riposare bene. Inoltre il letto era scomodo, c’era tra il lenzuolo e il materasso uno strato di gommapiuma (non foderata) nella quale si sprofondava. Anche i cuscini di gran lunga migliorabili

Ho soggiornato in questa suite a Como e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La pulizia era impeccabile, le istruzioni per l’ingresso chiare e semplici da seguire: non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà ad accedere.

Appartamento rispecchia la descrizione anzi ha superato le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo ricevuto in tempi brevi tutte le indicazioni per effettuare il check e informazioni varie che riguardano i servizi dell appartamento. Host professionale e competente nel guidare l'ospite dall inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Tutti i servizi erano funzionanti al 100 % , ambiente intimo e arredato con buon gusto . L’emplacement à 5 minute à pieds du centre de Côme et du lac, c’est neuf, très propre et très bien agencé, la baignoire balnéothérapie est superbe pour se détendre .

Habitación muy equipada cerca de la estación y a pocos minutos del centro o el campo de fútbol del Como. Buenos acabados y cómoda.
