Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr gemocht. Als wir ankamen, hatten wir zunächst einen etwas seltsamen ersten Eindruck, aber das änderte sich komplett, als wir die Zimmertür öffneten – die Unterkunft war viel schöner als erwartet und sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich! Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr geschätzt – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Sees sowie auch nicht weit vom Supermarkt und vom Parkplatz entfernt, was sehr praktisch war. Das Bett war außerdem sehr gut: sehr weich und bequem, und die Bettwäsche war sauber und angenehm. Insgesamt war alles sehr komfortabel. Es gab auch eine Sauna – wir haben sie nicht genutzt, aber für alle, die so etwas mögen, ist das sicher eine sehr gute Option. Zusätzlich gab es eine Badewanne und eine Minibar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and having a private jacuzzi and sauna made the experience truly special and relaxing. The location was one of the biggest advantages. It is perfectly situated between Lake Como and the train station, making it easy to explore the area while also enjoying the beautiful lakeside atmosphere. Overall, the excellent facilities, comfort, and unbeatable location far outweighed this minor inconvenience. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Como.

The only negative aspect was the sound insulation. The room faced a busy street, and traffic noise was quite noticeable during the night, which occasionally affected our sleep.

Sauna wasn't working; no clear instructions. Too loud, the apartment is on the street, so a lot of noise at night.
