The apartment overlooks a park and is located in a very quiet area of the city. Completely renovated and furnished with design pieces, it is equipped with every comfort. This place in Como was the best home we had during our 2-week trip to Italy. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is lovely, spacious, very clean, centrally located (near the lake), and a 3-minute walk to the train station. We slept well after a long trip in comfortable beds (no train noises at all). Veronica was super sweet, very welcoming and extremely helpful - an excellent way to start our vacation! She met us at the train station, escorted us to the apartment, showed us around, provided us with a map, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Her husband, Marco has a fantastic boat tour which we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nearby supermarket open 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this great place! 10/10

Used the family’s boat business to do an all day tour of lake and stop at several towns and it was amazing! . Upon arrival, Marco greeted us outside which was very helpful since we didn’t have to look around for our apartment after our drive from Milan. Veronica welcomed us in the apartment and everything was exactly like in the pictures. Both Veronica and Marco were very kind and helpful providing us recommendations.

There are so many complimentary things I can say about the property and the host Veronica. Simply put I had a total of 6 people in my party (myself, wife and 4 young adult kids ages 18-21). The accommodations were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Having a washing machine was fantastic in order to have clean clothes to repack. The location in my opinion was absolutely amazing and centrally located to everything in Como Town. When we arrived at Como San Giovanni train station Veronica was there to greet us. It was a 3 minute walk from the train station to the accommodations. This worked our great for our departure as well. Veronica welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, cold water in the refrigerator. The living room windows open up to a park which allows for fresh air and nice views. Plenty of mini split A/C systems in the home as well to keep you cool. Veronica was extremely thorough providing details on everything relating best places to eat, recommendations for travel up to Bellagio and Verrana, boat rentals, location of the 24 hour grocery market etc. I cannot emphasize the friendly and welcoming spirit Veronica provided in addition to the beautiful home we stayed in. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations and experience. We will see you again!

We really enjoyed this apartment and our stay in Como. The apartment is in a great location near the train station and was exactly as advertised. Veronica met us at check in and showed us around. She provides great communication about suggested activities and restaurants, and her husband Marco has a private boat service. We used this for a private boat tour which was a highlight of our stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 5, and we would stay here again.

We were so grateful for the warm welcome, incredible suggestions and beautiful apartment. The location near the train station was absolutely perfect for our needs. Surprisingly, we never heard a single train, announcement, etc. Don’t let the proximity to the station deter you. If you are traveling by train, it’s an absolute plus.

I would recommend this apartment to our family and friends without any hesitation. This apartment in Como was perfect in everyway except one. The apartment is not airconditioned. Putting aside the lack of airconditioning, we could not have been happier. The host, Veronica, was generous with her time and knowledge of Como. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment - which was very close to the train station. Not that you could hear the trains going to and from the station from the apartment. The apartment is a two level apartment was located on the first floor in a very clean, tidy secured apartment complex. The apartment was perfect for up to 6 people with every modern convenience you could wish for including a washing machine. The beds in the apartment were all very comfortable. We were in Como in mid July 2023 and it got a bit hot some days. Whilst it would have been nice to have returned to an airconditioned apartment, we found that the apartment was able to be cooled enough with open windows and fans. We will return to Como again soon and will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available. Thank you to Veronica. You were an amazing host.

Veronica’s property is in a prime location for Lake Como, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Veronica will meet you at the train station and show you the property along with her recommendations for the area. The property is super clean and neat. Her husband has a boating license and offered to take our group on a private boat tour. Definitely take him up on this offer as the boat tour was our favorite thing we did on the trip. You choose how long of a tour and what cities you want to visit and he will take care of the rest. We had such a fun time! Veronica is a very accommodating and friendly host and I highly recommend this listing.

Tha apartment was just the right size for four of us and as we are travelling by train, just about the perfect location. Ulisse met us at the station, walked us to the apartment and explained how everything worked. The nearest supermarket was about 400m away from the apartment and about the same from the main shopping/restaurant area. Dealing with Veronica was a pleasure and all in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We would certainly recommend it.
