Perfect location!

I’m visiting a friend and the location is absolutely perfect. It is literally a few mins walk from S Como Giovanni station. The ease to collect the key for the flat with detailed instructions. The flat is clean and functional.

The curtains are very thin as others have mentioned before. The bed is a little soft. As the flat is facing a busy main road, the traffic noise would be a concern for most people but fortunately not for me.

Convenient stay near Como train station

It's neat apartment with all the basic amenities. Very clean and cool even in the hottest day of summer.

Good not great for the price.

The location from train station and como center is perfect in our opinion. Aircon worked really well and it was in both living room and bathroom. Lots of accessible information.

Short on toilet paper. cups and glasses had to be steeped and scrubbed to get rid of a smell, i get that if they arent used inbetween stays they arent cleaned but they should be to keep the cupboard smell away. Bed covers quite thin, we did have aircon on however this was more for air quality we were cold and fighting for covers. The ironing board is done, its mabye time for a new one, couldnt get the foam to attach back on. Overall clean but could be doing with a deep clean i.e balcony corners, and airfreshners We underestimated how loud it is!

Nice apartment close to city and train station

-> Location was great - 2 min from train station (San Giovanni, which operates the trains from Milano) and this was very convenient; also the lake was very close as well (just a few minutes walk) -> Lovely views from both balconies, we drank out coffee in the morning there and some wine for sunset Spacious apartment offering all basic things needed for a great stay in Como

-> Location is great but on a main street hence quite noisy during the evening / nights - if you are a light sleeper, consider this aspect -> The second bed (sofa) was not great - we found an additional mattress in the closet and we had to put it ourselves on the bed as it was not there from beginning and the first night we slept without it and woke up to some back aches

Good room but locate on a loud busy street

I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a pleasant experience. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, meeting all the basic standards for a short stay. One of the biggest advantages is its location — it's just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient

However, it's important to note that the apartment is situated on a very busy and noisy street. If you're sensitive to noise, especially during the night or early morning, this might be a downside. Earplugs helped, but the traffic can still be quite loud.

Excellent location. Good value

The water pressure was very good. So good in fact, that if you turn on the shower all the way the shower head will go flying off the handle and spray water everywhere, be advised not to turn it on full blast. The location is excellent, you really couldn’t be any closer to Como San Giovanni station. Very close to a 24 hour market, the promenade, food, shops, the ferry. We walked to all those things. Location is excellent, I thought the bed was comfortable and I loved the big windows. The balconies are awesome to sip some coffee on as a Nespresso machine was provided. The pictures of the balconies could be better because I enjoyed the tree and Mountain View and the pictures don’t do it justice. If you stand on the Edge it’s good people watching. Go down to the market or Bring some Nespresso original line pods and you’re good to go. Also be advised you must go to the other location to sign documents and show your ID.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that, as other reviewers have said, it was VERY loud from the street traffic at all hours. But I read the reviews and I brought ear plugs which helped.

Excellent location for the train station and the old town and the lake front. Very useful having a washing machine. Good contact with owners and easy check in.

The apartment is on a very busy road, nothing can be done about that, we always travel with earplugs , you will need them. Otherwise a lovely apartment in a great spot.

The apartment was located very close to city center and lake. It had all the amenities we needed, including coffee and internet. The umbrella was nice touch, but thankfully no rain during our stay. The beds were all very comfortable. Instructions for access via outside (by the street curb) lockbox were very helpful and detailed.

One balcony door did not close tight. It wiggled a bit because top bolt into the upper part of doorframe did not enter recessed receiving hole. We closed rolling outside shutters on that door, but there was no real danger or safety issue.

I enjoyed staying at this property as the location was perfect and the beds were comfortable.

the property is in a great location to reach everything around como. it is comfortable and big and the balconies are nice to relax on.

it was not very clean the fridge was a little bit dirty and there was a few other issues which I mentioned to the host. the host did offer to come out and fix which was good.

Weekend trip to Como

Location was great. Close to the lake. Close to the main area and there’s a grocery shop 2 min walk down. The train station was very close as well. It was very clean. Very spacious.

The noise when trying to get to sleep. And there blinds didn’t work for the bedroom. The curtain provided was very see through so it got very bright the minute the sun rose. Very little sleep was had.

The flat is spacious for a couple. It is newly renovated. The kitchen and the living room are quite roomy. The flat is located right next to the train station, which makes the arrival and the departure easy.

It was quite annoying that the flat lies next to a main road and just in front of the house there is a traffic light. Seemingly, all the drivers are checking here if their engines are loud enough, and they are also testing their cars' acceleration. All night long. This makes the whole flat very loud. I mean extremely loud. Actually, we could not sleep without earplugs.
