You can enjoy a wonderful vacation right on the Warnemünde beach promenade at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a very comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
“Küstenkind” Vacation Apartment: Bright, sunny 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor, in a prime beachfront location, south-facing with a view of the park and, in some areas, over the old town of Warnemünde; living room (TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi), 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed (2nd TV), high-quality built-in kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, and makeup mirror, living area approx. 85 sqm, sleeps 2–4 people.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is easily accessible via the building’s elevator. You’ll enjoy your vacation.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, local residents
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
