Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Meeresgrund” vacation apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location with a view of Georginenstraße, is approximately 53 square meters in size and located on the lower first floor. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people (non-smokers). The 3-room apartment features a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer; a living room (TV, free Wi-Fi); and 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with a TV. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive built-in kitchen with all the “fixings.”

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—all just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
