Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Scholle” vacation apartment, situated on the mezzanine level in a prime beachfront location overlooking Georginenplatz, was completely refurbished in 2021 and features a beautiful living room with a seating area and dining area, TV/radio/DVD/free Wi-Fi, an exclusive built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and washing machine, a great shower room with a hair dryer, 1 bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV) and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with two single beds (3rd TV), for 4 people. Elevator in the building. You’ll enjoy your vacation.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linens package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
