Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Lachs” vacation apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location with a view of Georginenplatz, is approximately 65 square meters in size and located on the mezzanine level. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people (non-smokers). The 3-room apartment features a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, a large living room (with a large TV and DVD player, plus free Wi-Fi), one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds—each equipped with a TV. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive built-in kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked-up parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
