Filthy, dirty and unhygienic- avoid at all costs

The location was central.

The place with filthy, unhygienic and should not be rented in such a condition. Upon arrival the dishwasher had dirty dishes inside and old water that hadn’t drained. The surfaces had not been wiped over, crumbs and hair everywhere 🤢. There was old soap (hopefully) stuck to the wall in the shower. The tablecloth under the glass table was covered in food and disgusting stains. The communication with the owner was unacceptable. When a complaint was made upon arrival about the state of cleaning in the apartment, the response was “it was not me who cleaned it this morning”! Fortunately we only had to stay for one night, otherwise we would have checked out. The house was unhygienic and dirty. I do not recommend.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location and a fantastic holiday.

The apartment is located in a very safe area. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment has all the amenities we required. The shutters on the windows are a good addition. The air conditioning in the main living area and bedroom is excellent. The balcony is lovely for sitting out and the canopy provides shelter from the sun. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was so convenient for our 2 week stay. There is a supermarket opposite the apartment block (Monop) which has all essential items. You are beside the train & bus station and it takes approximately 7 minutes to walk to the lake. Having a parking space is excellent which located a 3 minute walk from the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment and location. The staff are very helpful and answer any questions quickly.

The main bedroom at the front (with air conditioning) can be a bit noisy with traffic but we slept well and had no issues. We had no complaints about the apartment, it is excellent.

Very nice comfortable apartment close to old town.

Very short walk to old town Annecy and close to train station. Very nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds. It is on the 2nd floor (European 2nd). Air conditioning is mini splits. One in large bedroom and one in main area.

Parking is not co-located with the apartment. It is about two blocks away. There is no loading zone anywhere around the building. No soap in bathroom dispensers. The only soap was for washing dishes in the kitchen. Perhaps was an oversight but I think was mentioned in another review.

Super apartment

The apartment was superb. The location was perfect for us travelling by train as it's very close to the station. It's a short walk to the lake and old town. Shops were also close by. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was hot while we were in Annecy so the air conditioning was very welcome and kept the apartment cool. We would stay again.

A bit more information about what can and can't be recycled would be helpful. There was only one dishwasher tab and washing machine pod. A few more would be nice.

Les quelques désagréments de l'appartement n'ont absolument pas gâché notre séjour. WE fanb

Hébergement idéalement situé pour découvrir le vieil Annecy, le lac et ses environs proches. Bel appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût

Déchargement des bagages compliqué puisque l'entrée de l'immeuble donne directement sur la route, accueil moyen pour la remise des clés, 1 chambre où il a été impossible de fermer le volet (cassé) et de ranger ses affaires dans le placard (portes bloquées), lave linge et lave vaisselle non vidés, aucun savon main dans les distributeurs de la cuisine, des toilettes et de la salle de bain et enfin, place de parking très étroite et située à 500 m de l'appartement.

Eine sehr schöne Stadtwohnung

Die Lage ist zwischen historischer Innenstadt und Bahnhof, sehr zentral. In der Nähe sind viele Bäckereien (wir empfehlen die Boulangerie Aristide), direkt gegenüber ein Monoprix. Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohnblock, der in anderen Etagen noch renoviert wird. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist etwas weiter weg (ca. 300m) und man kann vor dem Haus nicht so gut halten, um Koffer auszuladen. Da es direkt am Bahnhof ist und alle parken wollen, muss man dafür etwas Geduld mitbringen.

Traumhafter Start in den Urlaub und um die schöne Stadt Annecy zu erkunden

Tolle Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage am Bahnhof, nachts trotzdem ruhig. 2 Klimaanlagen für Hauptraum und ein Schlafzimmer, Balkon mit Markise, tolles Bad, alles sehr modern. Aufzug.

Der Parkplatz befindet sich nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung, sondern auf einem Parkdeck eines anderen Gebäudes einen Block entfernt. Das Auto musste also im Halteverbot entladen werden, ging aber alles.

Bel appartement mais malheureusement beaucoup trop sale

L’appartement est joli et fonctionnel. Le parking est un plus bien qu’il soit un peu plus loin que l’appartement (je l’ai trouvé sécurisé). L’appartement possède un lit bébé, un tapis de jeu et une chaise haute ce qui est très appréciable pour un séjour avec un bébé.

L’appartement était très sale. Nous avons dû sortir l’aspirateur dès notre arrivée. Plein de miettes et cheveux sur le canapé, de la poussière partout, des poils dans l’un des lits et des cheveux sur des linges de bain. Vraiment dommage.

Si quieres rentar un lugar por 16 horas y que te pidan limpiar las sábanas y la basura, este es tu sitio

Es amplio cómodo, no le falta nada y es agradable

Que no tiene cortinas gruesas en ninguna recámara, y se transparenta todo de adentro hacia afuera y viceversa.. la recámara principal tiene una lámpara de calle justo a la altura del balcón que se está acostumbrado a la oscuridad. No te permite tener un buen sueño. Es demasiado acusante que te pidan que quites las sábanas y que los basureros los dejes limpios, me parece que en ningún hostal te piden que lo hagas. A mí en lo personal nunca me había tocado ni un hotel ni un Airbnb ni ningún departamento que me pidiera que quitara las sábanas y que dejara los basureros limpios. Aparte si yo no conozco la ciudad como sé dónde tirarla y en realidad la renta no es por un día es por 18 horas de cuatro de la tarde, por ningún motivo se te ocurra llegar antes y máximo máximo máximo 10 de la mañana y a las ocho de la mañana, ya te están llamando para saber si ya te fuiste, muy desagradable, eso hace que baje todo el encanto que tiene el Departamento

Appartement très bien avec 3 belles chambres. Équipement parfait.

1 chambre donnant sur 1 rue passante donc un peu de bruit avec les bus. Joints de la douche à refaire, un peu trop jaune / orangé, ce qui dénote avec le reste de l’appartement qui est très bien.
