L'apartament està bé, era còmode i confortable. També era net, tot i l'olor de tabac al bany. M'ha agradat prou per tornar-hi, ara que ja sé com arribar-hi, però aconsello a qui no hi hagi estat mai que hi vagi amb temps i paciència.

Va ser extraordinàriament dificil de trobar, fins el punt que vam estar a punt de rendir-nos i buscar un altre lloc. L'apartament es troba al número 13 d'un carrer on no hi ha cap número 13 visible. El darrer número és el 11 i després hi ha com un descampat en obres on un carreró porta al número 13 que no és visible des del carrer. Per poder entrar cal anar a buscar les claus amagades en una caixa lligada a una barana de ferro a dos carrers de distància. Per obrir la caixa de les claus cal posar un codi, per entrar a la casa cal marcar un altre codi i per fer servir l'ascensor un altre. Tot això seguint unes intruccions que suposadament ens havien enviat amb la reserva però o no les havien enviat o no les haviem vist, així que va ser una vertadera gimkana que va durar una hora i mitja fins que vam aconseguir entrar. L'aixeta de la cuina no està fixada i es mou d'un costat a l'altre i el cuarto de bany fa molta pudor de tabac, tot i que s'anuncia com apartament de no fumadors..

Schöne Wohnung, wenn sie sauber wäre

Es ist eine moderne Wohnung, in einer ruhigen Lage. Sie wäre perfekt, wenn sie sauber wäre.

Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt oder nicht gründlich. Überall waren Staub und Haare. Die Bettbezüge sahen aus wie gebraucht mit Haaren an den Kissen. Vom Badzimmer kommt ein übler Geruch und der Abflauf ist verstopft. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt. Im Geschirrspühler waren Fleischreste drin. Der Badge für den Lift, Garten, Abfallraum funktionierte nicht. Die Garage ist wie in einem Labyrinth, sehr kompliziert, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Unser Ford S-Max hatte knapp Platz in der Box. Sehr eng und schwierig zu parkieren.
