Modren apartment with nice technology
The apartment was spacious, nice finishes and furnishings, and used top technology. The view was amazing. Location was great, close to the center and easy to walk or take a bus. There are no grocery stores near by, but you can take the bus to a big market 20 minutes away (by bus). It was 2 of us in the apartment so it felt quite comfortable.
The air-condition unit is only in the living room, even if you leave the bedroom door open you don't get cold air. And if you crack open the metal shutter on the window you get the street light and noise.

Good night spent in the very pretty town of Annecy - high class apartment
Clean, big, newly built apartment for 5-6 persons. Good bed, quiet, well organised key service. We did just use it for one night, so no cooking / kitchen testing. Very secure entry with keys/extra devices and outside gate (like Fort Knox). Heating works quickly, it was a bit chilly first, but ok then.
Entry to underground garage is very narrow and steep, don’t even think to use it say with an Audi Q7, you won’t even pass the entrance. Dry and safe and spacious inside though.

Réglage chauffage max qui n arrivent pas à monter au-delà d une certaine température. Un peu froid pour la journée. La nuit c était ok car sous la couette. Il aurait fallu 1 à 2 degrés de plus pour être au top. Mais tout était ok pour nous.

Aanrader en super ontvangst.
Zeer vriendelijk onthaald. Duidelijke uitleg. Mooi appartement en proper. Het is er rustig. En je kan je auto in een afgesloten garage zetten (top) Annecy is mooi om te bezoeken. Vanuit het appartement is het een kleine wandeling naar het stad. Handige schoenen is een tip. Volgende keer brengen we zeker onze fietsen mee want het is een mooie streek om ook zo te verkennen.
Het was heel warm en er is maar 1 airco voor heel het appartement. Dat maakte dat je alle deuren moest laten openstaan om wat verkoeling je hebben, niet zo handig als je rustig wil slapen 😉

Helaas flinke tijd op sleutel moeten wachten ivm vertraging conciërge. Tevens maar 1 sleutel. Dat is voor 6 te weinig.
