Super situation geographique! 20 minutes à pieds du Lac, moins de 15 du centre ville, superette à 100 m...tout en étant au calme et proche des axes routiers si nécessaire. Résidence moderne sécurisée avec garage et terrasse. L'appartement est très spacieux pour 4.
Par canicule, la climatisation du salon est très appréciable mais ne suffit pas tout à ait à rafraîchir les chambres

Appartement vaste , propre , lumineux . Garage fermé et sécurisé . Bien situé , pas loin du centre et du lac . Bonne literie .

Siamo partiti con un "misunderstanding" sugli orari, ma devo dire che hanno saputo farsi perdonare😉. Molto gentili e disponibili! La casa è molto bella e in una fantastica posizione. Consiglio questo posto e dovessi tornare ad Annecy risoggiornerei qua🤗. Tutto veramente perfetto!

Réglage chauffage max qui n arrivent pas à monter au-delà d une certaine température. Un peu froid pour la journée. La nuit c était ok car sous la couette. Il aurait fallu 1 à 2 degrés de plus pour être au top. Mais tout était ok pour nous.
