Lovely people, great communication from the start. Easy check in and check out.

Location to town centre and very clean and warm.

Nothing. The garage is a little tight, so anything over the size of a BMW X3 may be challenging. However there'l is ample parking to the front and rear if needed.

Gute Wohnung im Stadtzentrum von Annecy

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage in Annecy ist sehr gut. Die Innenstadt kann problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in direkter Nähe. Das Einkaufszentrum Courier ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert. Das Parkhaus ist recht eng und der Außenparkplatz durch eine Schranke abgesichert. Bei Abreise muss diese erst mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden, bevor man abreist, da man ansonsten vor verschlossener Schranke steht. Das Besteck und die Toiletten könnten etwas sauberer sein.

Kontakt mit dem Consierge war völlig unproblematisch und sehr freundlich.

Strasse stärker befahren als erwartet - mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber in Ordnung.

Literie parfaite , Wc séparé de la salle de bain , déco sympa, appareil à raclette , balcon avec table

Un peu juste au niveau vaisselle et couverts même si il y a la possibilité d’utiliser le lave vaisselle , Ascenceur en panne … après avoir fait le marathon 🏃‍♂️😢

Appartement spacieux avec une belle terrasse.

Attention, cet appartement ne dispose pas de parking privatif. Vous avez trois possibilités : soit vous pouvez descendre dans le garage (étage -2) mais la porte et le couloir sont très étroits, notre voiture n'y entrait pas; et c'est difficile d'entrer et de sortir, soit vous avez quelques places de parking derrière une barrière, sauf que ces places n'appartiennent pas à l'appartement, elles sont à l'usage de tout le monde. Il y en a trois, ces trois étaient constamment occupées pendant les trois jours de notre séjour. Ces places de parking sont hypothétiques, virtuelles. La plupart du temps, il n'y a pas d'autre possibilité que de se garer devant le bâtiment, sur la rue - parking payant du lundi au samedi, de 9h jusqu'à 18h. Si vous appelez l'agence qui s'occupe de cet appartement, ils vous assurent (ils m'ont rassuré) qu'il y a des places de parking et que vous aurez sans doute une place derrière la barrière mais c'est faux. Cette agence gère beaucoup d'appartements et ils ne sont pas au courant. En ce qui concerne le départ et l'arrivée, il faut absolument partir à 10h, par contre l'arrivée a partir de 16h n'est pas assurée. Si le personnel de l'agence a d'autres choses à faire (une seule personne s'occupe de beaucoup d'appartements), vous ne pouvez récupérer les clés que plus tard. L'appartement est assez loin du lac, surtout des plages.

Gute Lage, moderne Einrichtung, mehr Pflege nötig

Sehr gute Lage. Es ist nicht weit für die Innenstadt, mit dem Auto ist man sofort auf den grossen Verbindungsstrassen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sein, ist angenehm.

Die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt. Sehr staubig, Ölflecken überall in der Küche auch in Schränken. Der Kühlschrank und der Gefrierschrank waren schimmlig. Auch die Badezimmer waren verspritzt. Unangenehmes Gefühl, in einer unsauberen Wohnung zu sein. Es hat viele Mücken. Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern wäre gut. Die Möbel sind schön, aber schlecht gepflegt. Aufgrund von fehlenden Schrauben fallen Stühle fast auseinander.
