Overall, it was a nice experience, especially considering the price.
Location (close to the metro, cafes, convenience, and a supermarket nearby), two rooms, a washer. I spent two weeks living here, and overall, my experience was quite good. The location is great; it's just a four-minute walk to the metro. There are cafes, convenience stores, and even a supermarket nearby. There's also a park within walking distance. Keep in mind that the host actually lives in the apartment, so most of the drawers and cabinets are filled with his belongings. There are still some spaces available for your things, but don't be surprised by this.
No microwave, tight shower cabin, and communication with the host could be easier, and a delayed check-in. Communication with the host was challenging since he didn't speak English, so be prepared to use a translation app. My check-in was delayed because the room wasn't ready, so I had to drop off my luggage and explore the surroundings for about an hour. Be aware that there is no microwave in the kitchen; there's only a toaster oven. After reading several reviews mentioning that the room wasn't clean enough, I suggested to the host that he make an extra cleaning before my arrival. I even suggested paying extra for that. Unfortunately, the host neither agreed nor disagreed but later asked me to pay 100 euros for extra cleaning. I'm not sure if it was worth it, but I didn't find any significant cleanliness issues during my stay.

Execrable.
The owner over booked in another platform. Refused to cancel, and wanted us to pay the cancellation. Had to file a dispute on booking to be refunded, weeks after my booking. Owner was insulting on the phone and by message because we "booked a cheap option, now we're complaining it isn't available ".
