Super comms, easy check-in and service.

Close to Metro, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close-by, clean, huge shower and renovated.

Main bed mattress too soft for us.

Size of apartment was excellent and meet all of our needs.

The apartment was always cold during the entire stay. Heater only work in the bathroom. Main bedroom was frigid cold and living room off and on. Called to have it checked and no communications was sent to me as to the next step and we later realized that someone had come into the apartment unknown to us after we arrived from outing. Not very happy about that at all.

Very expensive to sleep on a sofa.

location excellent for music events at various venues.

Main bed in the apartment was broken on arrival. This was not disclosed and resulted in one of the 2 guests spending the entire stay on the sofa. There were dirty towels left in the shower room cupboard. Check in was also delay by 1 hour whilst we stood on the pavement awaiting the cleaners to finish work.

Ok if you don’t mind the area and the tight spaces with no ventilation.

Modern Shower and a Washing Machine. Easy access to Metro station and fans to keep the guest comfortable. One decent restaurant at the end of the road.

Tight toilet space with dated beds. Very tight doors that were reinforced by iron sliders. The area was questionable, and we felt very insecure walking to and from the stay to the metro station. No ventilation.

Good

Nicely decorated flat, sufficient for four people. Well equipped kitchen. Ventilators are provided, which is great for the Parisian summer. We had issues with the access codes, and the management company was very responsive. Good location.

The main bed is way too soft, gave us back pain and we had to use the sofa bed instead. The second bedroom is very small, only a box really and separated from the living room only by a curtain (not an issue for us, only to be aware of). If you have the windows open, traffic can be noisy. None of these is really bad and with a firmer bed I would definitely stay there again.

Bedroom door couldn't be opened fully because of the bed but just a minor inconvenience.

Oui oui Paris!

Een zeer ruim app voor een gezin van vier. Goed uitgerust met van alles wat handig is, voor in de keuken, genoeg handdoeken, zelfs toiletpapier. Supermarkten, bakkertjes en cafés in de buurt. Metro ook dichtbij en La Vilette is een leuk terrein om te bezoeken.

De ligging van de rest van Parijs. Soms toch wel bijna een uur onderweg. We wisten het van te voren, maar toch. Het andere minpuntje, wisten we ook, dat het op de begane grond ligt. Dus rolluiken dicht en dat maakt het donker binnen. Maar het was super chill.
