Quiet and peaceful location stunning views over the harbour and Sheila was a delightful host.

The location was excellent and the views were stunning it was self catering however there were beautiful homemade biscuits on arrival plenty of tea coffee and chocolate available.

Absolutely faultless beautifully arranged facilities a lot of thought went into the design and the furnishings were of a high quality. The face symbol should be the smiley one.

Excellent property with wonderful view

Benvoulin Bothy is a well-equipped and very comfortable little pod, perfect for my stay in Oban. Good location, within walking distance of railway station, shops, restaurants etc, and the view is amazing. Sheila is a very friendly and helpful host, and her shortbread biscuits were delicious!

Relaxing, comfortable and super clean.

The hosts were very welcoming and easy to deal with. Loved the cleanliness of the Bothy and everything needed was provided. Parking was right next to the bothy. Perfect spot with fantastic views over the bay. Easy access to shops, restaurants and local pubs. The homemade shortbread was a nice thought and tasted brilliant. We planned for two nights but changed to three whilst there. Tells you everything 😊

The views are absolutely stunning! Sheila was an amazing host. This is the perfect place to explore Oban and the surrounding islands. The bothy is compact but has everything you need, the shower is a delight after a days walking.

You won't get a better view or cosier accomodation than here!

The location was excellent. Sitting on the couch or bed, the view through the large glass windows is stunning! The tiny house is super modern with all of the amenities you could need, including effective heating and cooking facilities. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we stayed here - we just wish we had stayed longer!

Geweldig uitzicht voor een te hoge prijs

Het uitzicht is echt prachtig en de locatie is rustig. Sheila is een fijne, vriendelijke host. Ze gaf ons de sleutel en liet ons de ruimte zien. De bedden waren prima. Sheila gaf ons extra beddengoed zodat mijn zoon en ik op verschillende bedden konden slapen. Oban is een leuk stadje en het is een mooie plek. Vanuit Oban kun je mooie uitstapjes maken naar bijvoorbeeld Mull.

We vonden het echt niet luxe. Erg klein, weinig pannen en te weinig ruimte om te koken. De ruimte staat op een helling waardoor de ruimte niet helemaal recht stond. Daardoor gingen de deuren niet makkelijk open en dicht. De ruimte is echt heel klein. Te klein voor de hoge prijs. Bij de buren werd buiten gewerkt, dit gaf geluidsoverlast. Hier kon onze host niets aan doen maar het was niet prettig.
