Its very spacious & good value for money. Able to check in without owner present with great instructions. Coffee machine, dishwasher & washing machine in a large kitchen. Comfy 2 bedroom, but with sofa bed more could stay as living room was also massive. Fresh decor.
The outside front & back needs power washed & cleaned before being able to use patio furniture. The bathroom door & living room door needs painted & fixed. The weather was bad when we were there, so not sure this happens a lot, but the post box was slamming about all night. And main room bed squeaky. But this is me being picky, its still a 9/10 & would stay again.

It was perfect, with updated features, lots of room, and it heated up very quickly. It is within walking distance of the downtown area. Hosts were very friendly and fast to respond. Instructions for checkout were also very straightforward and easy. We would definitely stay here again!!
The bathroom door needs to be fixed, the paint is peeling, and let the renters know that extra linens are under the beds as the beds lift up. That's it, everything was really great! These were minor and wouldn’t change my mind about renting it again.

Excellent, clean and comfortable. liked the small touches, coffee machine coffee pods, tea, sugar.will stay again if we are in the area.
Nothing really, if I'm splitting hairs, bed was slightly firmer than we like.

The location was close to the town and a park.
The heating was not left on the appropriate setting. We couldn't boost it to heat us up in the afternoon so we were frozen. I think we eventually got it onto the right setting but couldn't be sure tbh. Laminate floors added to the cold feeling of the flat. I would not describe the property as "cosy" which is one of the reviews I had read before booking. Also had to open up the sofa bed for comfort as the couch was too shallow to sit on comfortably.
