This was a lovely little hidden gem of a place to stay. Located near to the centre of Oban and close to all the amenities.
Directions and entry instructions were sent to us well in advance (which is much preferred rather than the usual day before and more hassle when you're travelling) and it was easy to collect the keys and enter. The apartment is a very spacious one bedroom flat, immaculately clean and well decorated. Located next to a main road but quiet enough within so as you wouldn't notice.
Like any accommodation away from home, most importantly was the bed. A king sized bed and not that size overly matters, it was very comfortable and a good night's sleep was enjoyed on each of the three nights we stayed. Nothing better than a good sleep and waking up refreshed to start the day.
Having previously stayed in many of the hotels in Oban, this apartment was a welcome change and felt so much better to have the extra space of a separate living-room and kitchen. Even the price of the stay was more than competitive with nearby hotels but here you get so much more and a little more privacy.
The welcome pack was most appreciated with as much tea and coffee as you could drink as well as a loaf of bread, butter, jam, milk and some chocolate biscuits.
For me, any stay should be measured against clean, quiet and comfortable and Apartment 39C exceeds in all. Of course the true test is would I be back again and the answer is definitely. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
A very minor criticism is the hot water! No mixer tap so you turn the hot tap on to wash your hands and it goes from comfortable to scalding in next to no time. Once you get caught out one, it won't happen again!

It was spacious, clean, had all necessary utensils, internet and access to good tv. There was a lovely welcome package and the owner was really helpful. Really excellent.
