Little gem in the centre of Oban!

Beautiful cosy flat in the centre of Oban. Location really handy for everything and cannot fault it. Spacious flat with lots of little nice touches and nice welcome bowl of local goodies. Will easily stay here again!

The corridor to the flat is always smelling of hash/marijuana. Absolutely no fault of the host as nothing can be done when neighbours are like this!

Best position to stay in Oban for extended stays.

Located right on the harbour in Oban Macgregor Court is the ideal place to base yourself on exploring the beautiful scenery and attractions. The accommodation is roomy and well equipped and ideal for extended stays. Would definitely stay there again.

Lift not working, so had to drag heavy bags upstairs. It is unfortunate that roadworks started outside our window at 10pm at night through to 1am with heavy machinery and road cutting equipment. Also had a problem with the key lock box on leaving the property, but I wouldn't open with the code to replace the key. Only minor things and out of the control of the host. It was very enjoyable regardless.

Great place!

Great location; close to ferry terminal and restaurants. Rooms were large and comfortable. Nice amenities (lotion in BR; kitchen well equipped; detergent for washer/dishwasher provided).

Parking was a bit of a challenge. No one (even the police department!) seemed to know where we could park long-term: overnight and for several days. We eventually found a lot across from the Tesco that wasn't too expensive and worked for us, but it would be nice if that information had been available through the hosts.

16 Macgregor was perfect… clean, convenient and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor, location, view of the city, proximity to restaurants, water, sights. Our host left snacks, coffee and tea. Loved the shower and easy access to the apartment by lift. Great to be able to wash & dry clothes.

A very minor problem…Ran out of TP. But all other supplies were excellent.

Great walking distance, very comfortable living room, perfect size flat, nice kitchen, great size shower.

Funny smell in kitchen just closed the door , one mattress a little too soft, a bit noisy traffic with windows open but quiet when closed, parking challenging.

Very comfortable and well provided stay. Claire also was very accessible re communication which we found very reassuring

Central location very close to ferry terminal, train station, restaurants and shops. In excellent condition, tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. Appreciated the blackout curtains for a restful stay. When windows were closed traffic noise was significantly diminished. We feel lots of thought has gone into enabling guests to have a great stay.

Between the three of us we couldn’t come up with anything.

The apartment was clean, freshly renovated and nicely appointed. Close to the ferries and restaurants. The bathroom was spacious with large towels! Overall the apartment was really comfortable. There was a nice basket of snacks and some kitchen staples in the cabinet.

The beds were a bit short and the entry hall a bit dingy.

Very comfortable spacious flat in excellent location. Great shower. Information provided could have been more explicit.

Location was perfect for walking and not having a car. Kitchen well stocked for short stay.

Access to the property poorly lit making it hard to see the numbers on the lock box. Outside door often propped open during our stay ( made us feel less secure). Lift out of order for 1 1/2 days. Making it challenging for my husband who has mobility issues. Material in flat could have been more explicit regarding laundry facilities.

Location was good, very central. Apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything that we needed with a lovely welcome pack including snacks. Would definately recommend.

No onsite parking however, this is stated and there is plenty of parking available around the town.
