About this house rental
This mid terraced town house sits in a cul de sac, conveniently close to the centre of Leiston and just two miles inland from the popular Suffolk Heritage Coast, making it a great base from which to explore the picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh and the magical village of Thorpeness.
Three guests can be accommodated for a short break or coastal holiday with a double and single bedroom on the first floor. The house is simply furnished with a fully equipped kitchen at the back with door op
GROUND FLOOR
You're welcomed into a hall with the stairs ahead of you and living room to your right with kitchen beyond and door to the garden.
LIVING ROOM
Simply furnished with a sofa, chairs and occasional tables. Entertainment's provided with a TV and DVD player on a stand and a CD player with a good collection of CDs.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
The light kitchen overlooking the courtyard style garden is fully equipped with an electric oven, grill and four rings, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A dresser stocked with crockery sits by the door and there's a table with four chairs and a wall mounted TV. Leiston has lots of take-aways to choose from if you prefer not to cook at home.
FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs rise to the landing where doors open to the two bedrooms and an office, furnished so guests can work from home if needs be.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
Sitting at the back with a sturdy double bed, bedside units and ample storage in a built in wardrobe with dressing table and chair.
SINGLE BEDROOM
A neat room at the front with single bed set into the built in units of a wardrobe and drawers.
SHOWER ROOM
With corner cubicle and wash basin. Towels are provided.
