Location. Room comfortable. The system of sending us codes to get in late at night, worked well. The woman I spoke to by phone to sort our arrival was friendly and efficient - She was the only contact with staff that we had.
Central heating was excessive, The room was very hot and we could not find a way to turn the heating down. Probably my fault for missing something on the website when I booked but we were surprised to discover in the morning that there was absolutely no facility for breakfast. Not a big problem as we fund a satisfactory cafe in town.

Had a good stay and the place was very close to where I needed to be.
Could have done with a bit more info such as how to work the tv - it was good but I didn’t know how to find the basics bbc1, bbc 2, channel 4 etc Also a little information about the facilities would have been helpful- wasn’t sure if I was sharing the bathroom and toilet and didn’t know which kitchen/fridge I should use. Unfortunately the lock on the toilet door does not work, there is nothing for the bolt to go into.
