Coastal Lodge

There was not breakfast included - not as far as I was aware. The location was good for what I needed. The room was clean and well presented; plenty of nice clean towels and the bedding was also clean. The actually bed seemed a bit soft for me but it was comfortable.

I think as a lone female traveller I would have preferred to have been met on site and to be let in my room and to be able to discuss any requirements or anything that I felt a bit bothered about. There was no fire regulations i.e. no procedures in the event of a fire and as there was no physical check in who would have known if I was in the guest house or not so that slightly bothered me I must say. I didn't use the tv as I was unclear about it as when I tried to use it - it said how to check in as Dan. I tried for about 15/20 minutes to understand what was what and then I gave up. It didn't bother me too much as by then I was feeling quite tired and I just wanted to go to sleep.

Clean and convenient

The price

Ease of access to room. Bed was pleasant. No disturbances from outside, peacefully quiet! Location to office.

The ensuite, shower cubicle tiny, sink tiny with no shelf. I would prefer a smaller room to enable a bigger ensuite. However, i am being picky. It was a pleasant enough stay and would stay again.

Cheap - access to kitchen and lounge areas , parking

Room size advertised as 40m which it wasn’t . Blocked sink and water not draining from shower .
