Gorgeous cottage

Lovely cottage and great facilities. My daughter absolutely loved our little trip away. We spent most of our time in Thorpeness which is so close.

Parking could be a bit tricky but we managed to get in the road most of the time.

Great property in a quiet road in Leiston.

The house was well decorated, had outdoor seating and was very comfortable.

Having a set of oven gloves would make it easier to use the oven.

Very Good for my first experience of Air BnB

It’s very cute, two up two down but well renovated and stylish. Welcoming information package was excellent. Staff were brilliant.

I found it difficult, during the night, having the bathroom downstairs, because of my mobility issues. That’s my problem though. I don’t know if that information was on the website because I was so focused on finding the right location and price. I didn’t think to check this out beforehand. However I managed to cope with it. It was an advantage during the day and evening.

Pleasant stay

Great location for our trip intentions. Close walk to shop at the co-op for food. Nice having washer on premises.

Cleaning service must not have been made aware that we were there for 11 days. Paper supplies only lasted 3 days, and there were no liners for the kitchen waste bin.. The bed was not king size. It's not a good setup for meals. Small folding table and 2 chairs to sit at. The bar is not very deep to put a plate on. I do not think a family would be comfortable here. It would be helpful to have some basic instructions posted for the washer and oven.

The cottage was great and met our needs very well. The management company was exceptional and responded immediately to some difficulties we had when we first checked in, to a blocked up toilet, and to other concerns we had.
