The villa is immaculate . The location is great and the staff are very friendly. We simply can’t fault anything . Everything is as described , if not even better . The bathroom is as extremely clean and the apartment is really modern and new. We can’t wait to revisit next summer !

We stayed with five people, but we had hoped for better.

We came here based on reviews. We stayed with five people, but we had hoped for better. Ksamil is generally very hilly. It's also located in a very hilly area. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with our stay with five people. Perhaps reservations should be made for a maximum of four people.

The shower was clogged and the bathroom was constantly flooded. The cleaning was not very good.

Amazing and outstanding

Alba is a sweet host and her cute kid Alfio are amazing, she kept everything clean and tidy and she satisfies all the needs we ask for (new towels, kettle, umbrella… etc). The location as well is so easy and a prime one, i have read some negative reviews about it but i swear it’s all fake, the road is well paved and well maintained and it’s right behind the main road. Will definitely come back

Great place, welcoming owners and good value at a budget price.

We liked very much Vila Alfio. It is well situated: at barely 5 or 6 minutes from the beach, it is far enough from the music and bustle of the bars and marina of the downtown so the silence at night let's you sleep as a baby. It is perfect for a few days stay or more. The relation price-quality is very good in my opinion, and the landlady is really nice and friendly. To add to the enjoyment, you have a restaurant called Beshiku, who serves nice home made food at a budget. I admire the friendliness, security and tranquility the Villa and its immediate sorroundings provides. The family of the owner lives there and this is also a a nice change to impersonal apartments.

I personally would have appreciated a shower curtain, but this is becoming more and more rare nowadays…

O quarto era limpo, os anfitriões eram muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Na descrição do quarto pelo booking dizia que havia chaleira Electrica no quarto e no nosso não havia. Solicitamos ferro de passar a roupa e um hóspede havia levado e deixado no seu quarto e eles não sabiam quem tinha levado. Acho que deviam ter mais de 1, e uma sugestão.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bereits auf dem Parkplatz nahm man die Frische und Sauberkeit wahr. Die Lage war ideal und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Mehrere bekannte Strände waren keinen Kilometer entfernt, sodass wir neun Uhr morgens losgingen und immer die ersten und schönsten Plätze am Strand bekamen. Vor allem Poda Beach, gerade mal 800m entfernt, war unbeschreiblich schön. Keine zwei Minuten weiter befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Auch viele kleine Restaurants, Fast-Food oder traditionelle Gerichte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Spielplatz diente den Kindern abends zur Abwechslung. Die Buchungsabwicklung und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren sehr gut. Sie war rund um die Uhr erreichbar, fürsorglich und sehr freundlich. Es war ihr sehr wichtig, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten alles.

Foarte frumoasa locația, camera, la o distanta decenta fata de plaja, app de magazine și restaurante, totul nou in camera și foarte confortabil, parcare in fața clădirii. Ne-a plăcut ff mult.

Ar fi ajutat daca personalul vorbea engleza dar și așa a fost in regula, ne-am înțeles cumva :)

La tranquilidad de la zona, la ubicación era correcta, pero al estar en una montaña, todo eran subidas

Excelente alojamiento muy cerca del centro de Ksamil

La limpieza y sus instalaciones excelentes a estrenar. La dueña es muy amable y servicial. Ksamil es muy ruidosa de noche y en este alojamiento no se sienten ruidos y pudimos descansar muy bien.

La amplitud de la habitación, y la localización para ir andando al centro. Todo está nuevo

Los ruidos por la noche (bomba de agua), la ducha encharcaba todo el baño (no hay mampara), y solo se dispone de nevera pequeña. Tiene cosas aún por terminar.
