very friendly and helpful people who own Vila Flavin 1+2. Each morning they made a huge breakfast-eggs, sasuage, bread, jams, fruits, juice, milk, coffee... The Wifi is really fast and the whole property is perfectly clean. It is away from the busy area of Ksamil (8-10 min walk) so the nights are very quiet.

This is a hidden gem in Ksamil. A very easy walk to the town and beach and quiet so you don’t hear the party noise! The family are such lovely people and make you feel extremely at home. They offer a fantastic breakfast. This place comes with our highest recommended! Enjoy!
