Perfect for our family with a lovely rooftop terrace for al fresco breakfast 🤩

Great spacious apartment with an amazing roof terrace. The terrace was the best thing about it. The location is great. Only about 10 minutes walk from the beach and there’s a great little bakery right opposite. Brisildo was a great host, very attentive and helpful, he helped with everything we needed and responded very quickly in our conversations. We would definitely love to stay there again and would recommend it.

The apartment is dated and in need of a renovation which Brisildo said it’s going to happen when the season is finished. Sadly there was building work going on on the property right next door so sometimes a bit noisy in the morning but at least it got us up earlier. Nevertheless for the price we paid we can’t grumble and had an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and quiet with bus stops close.

I liked the location just off the highway to be close to bus stops. (It is a 8 minute walk to the beach but if you want on the beach with a beach view, it might be your choice). Very clean, well maintained. Decent style with a good bathroom but slightly smaller than some). Comfortable, good heat/AC. Kitchen pretty basic but I eat out. Was easy bus access for the Monastery as well we Butrint Park.

I liked the place. I mention here it is not beach front unit. It does have steps to get to some of the rooms. That didn’t bother me and I felt like great value

Impressive hospitality

The rooms are spacious and close to the beach, but what truly impressed us was the amazing help from the hotel owner. He was always available whenever we had questions, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and was extremely flexible and helpful in every way. Thank you so much!

It was great value for money, spacious with private parking and right in the centre of Ksamil.

The only small downside is you need to use your own shampoo as there's none provided but that's not too serious.

Central, Close to the Sea, and Great Hospitality

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect – right in the center and just a few meters from the beaches. The host is incredibly kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location and friendly staff

The owner Bisildro was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home in a familiar environment. The location was really good and the price also.I recommend it.

The location is great, the host was nice, the apartment is reasonably big, we had more than enough space. The beach is really close too, just about 10 minute walk, and the bus stop to saranda or butrint is only a 3 minute walk.

The property is in a good location and there was more than enough space for the 3 of us. The large balcony was a nice feature with nice views of the area. We were happy to have air conditioning to stay cool during the very hot weather. Lastly, the staff/hosts was very kind, polite, and accommodating.

Tudo perfeito, ótimo custo benefício

Tudo perfeito: limpeza, organização, estrutura. Localização também é boa e o wi-fi foi suficiente para trabalhar remoto (porém tive que levar a mesa próximo do corredor para o sinal ser mais forte). Eu voltaria a me hospedar.

Мы остановились в 3х спальной квартире. Комнаты просторные. Центральное месторасположение, до пляжа 7 минут пешком. Рестораны и бары рядом. Хозяин виллы очень дружелюбный и помогал нам со всеми вопросами.

Нужно доделать ремонт и в шкафу необходимо провести глубокую очистку , в шкафу неприятный запах, поэтому мы им не пользовались .

La comunicació amb l'amfitrió i la rebuda que ens va fer són immillorables i, a més, et dona un munt de consells per gaudir de la zona. L'apartament està a 10' caminant de la platja que s'ha fet famosa per la coneguda mà d'instagram i a 15' d'una fantàstica platja pública. L'allotjament compta amb pàrquing cobert (un luxe en un lloc així) i està envoltat de botigues i restaurants. I si ho necessites, et deixen para-sol!

È stato tutto oltre le nostre aspettative. Punto strategico a Ksamil, potevamo raggiungere qualsiasi posto a piedi. L'accoglienza è stata veramente piacevole, l'host è stato sempre presente e ci ha dato molto consigli utili. Il mini appartamento molto pulito, spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutti i confort. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e se dovessi decidere di tornare a ksamil certamente tornerò qui.
