It’s worth to stay in this apartment.

Free parking, the view of the city and the sea from the balcony. The apartment is clean and no problem for the hot water. There is a quite area to relax after the long sunbath day 🙂👍

The dining table is small and low. The ceiling light is only a wire with the lightbulb ( but this is not a problem 🙂). The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, but I think this is a subjective opinion…

Superb

The owner and his wife are wonderful and hospitable people. They don't quite speak English but we managed to understand each other well by mixing words from different languages. They treated me with heir own raki which was excellent. The villa was very comfortable and clean. There is enough parking space inside the yard, and the location of the building is close to the beach, it takes about 12-15 minutes by foot to reach the magical Ksamil beaches. Rooms are big enough, and beds and pillows are very comfortable.

We had to explicitly ask for towels, dishwasher sponge and detergent, they were not provided by default (could be just an unintentional mistake by the cleaning lady).. The bathroom does not have a shower cabin, so when you take shower you pretty much splash entire bathroom. However, this is not something specific to this villa, but a strange phenomenon we saw in many apartments in Albania, even in brand new buildings. The other aspect that we didn't like is not related to Villa itself (which is excellent), but to the area/neighbourhood. Considering that traffic in Ksamil is completely crazy (frequently goes standstill during July and August - you may spend a whole hour in your car to travel 2km) it's preferable to walk, whenever possible. However, the streets and roads around Villa are not all asphalted and there are many uphills and downhills on the way to the beach (keep that in mind if you bring small children with you). If you decide to use your car to go to the beach, it is critically important to take the right route (a gable in a new and unknown town), because one wrong turn may get you stuck in traffic for 45 minutes waiting to pass a long line of vehicles going in opposite directions, with no space to pass them, or make U turn.

The owner is a sweethear, the manager is super reactive. Appartement was clean, aircon working, everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

Clean apartment, good for a short stay

- Really really clean! And kept clean every day. - owners were friendly even though they didn’t speak English.

- WiFi doesn’t work well at all - shower was broken and wasn’t fixed because owners didn’t really understand us - walls maybe soundproof but ceilings and floors and windows and doors are definitely not… - parking is impossible when the Vila is booked full.

People was very friendly and helpful in anything you want. Clean rooms and so good beds! You can go by foot to the beaches around and you are in a good position without noise. Totaly recommended!!

Nice place if you want to stay in Ksamil but you should avoid Ksamil

Very large and clean room. Comfortable beds, nice terrace with a view. Located slightly outside city center which is welcome given how noisy Ksamil is.

First thing we didn't like has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, but rather with the city. My recommendation is to avoid Ksamil at all cost, the town has nothing to bring. If you want to explore the coastline, base yourself further up north. Even for partying Ksamil doesn't have much to offer. The second thing is that on the second day, my friend and I checked out thinking we had only booked for two night although we had booked for three. Clearly it's our fault but we would have appreciated if the host had told us we had one extra night rather than just collecting the payment for three nights. Once we realised they didn't want to reimburse (which we understand), not even like 50%.

Amazing view. Comfy beds. Quiet. Easy access to town and archeological sites. Management very easy to reach and wanted to make sure everything was right. Nice balcony to enjoy the view of Corfu.

The warmer for coffee/tea was supplied at our request, but it leaked a bit.

Good location 500m from the center and beaches its quite, the property is big with huge terrace with parking. The owner Baki is great person and always smiling very friendly even though he doesnt speak english but you can understand over google translate. Very helpful and classy gentleman.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación, el gerente del lugar en lugar de darnos una solución nos dijo que si no nos gustaba que a él no le importaba y que nos quejáramos con booking que él no iba a hacer nada, no tuvimos opción más que quedarnos y para rematar el aire acondicionado tenía un fallo.

Goede locatie, tegenover een restaurant met ontbijt, goede koffie, lunch en diner. Dicht bij de stad. Het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam, zeer schone kamers. We wilden graag een paar nachten bij boeken maar het was helaas al vol geboekt.

Çalışanlar çok kibarlar . Bahçesinde mangal imkanı da mevcut . Tam ksamil merkezde değil ama araba ile 3 dk falan . Tertemizdi . Şampuan duş jeli saç kremi herşey vardı . Balkonu da çok güzeldi . Konaklamadan bir gün önce iletişime geçtiler ve konumu daha ben istemeden gönderdiler . Yemek yapma olanağınız mevcut , buzdolabi tabak çanak , tencere bardak vs var . Odada kahve fincanı ve cezve de var . Türkler için güzel detay 💖

Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu , duşa kabinin kapısı yoktu , duş başlığı takılan yer bozuktu. Yatak odasında klima mecbut ama tam yatağa doğru konumlanmasi . Mecbur ters yattık yatakta . Kordidor ışığı sensörlü, en ufak harekette çalışıyor , mecbur yatak odası kapısını kapattık ama bu defa da klima oda için çok fazla geldi .
