The location of the apartment is perfect. Just 10 minutes walk to kamay beach. Its a totally brand new place with all the facilites you need, even an iron board. The bedroom is really big and the bed is super confortable. Christina was the perfect host, always there for everything you may need. She even washed my clothes with no charge and we had really good chats. The places she recommended us were awesome!! We can only thank her for her time to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this apartment for your time in Ksamil, close to everything but away from the noise. Thanks Christina again❤️!!!!

Fin stor lägenhet med allt man behöver på bra lugn plats. Stor fin balkong. Värden var supertrevlig och tillmötes gående. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende

Heel fijn appartement in een rustige omgeving. Christina zorgde heel goed voor ons. Ze heeft ons voorzien van leuke tips. De accommodatie is in de buurt van benodigde winkels en restaurants; op loopafstand.
Een iets minder hard bed had onze voorkeur gehad, maar dat is voor een ieder verschillend! De stranden op loopafstand zijn volgebouwd met bedjes en parasols, inclusief luide muziek. Dit vonden wij een tegenvaller.

Good location
AC was set to 24 degrees, and could not be put to a lower setting. We visited Ksamil when it was 40 degrees during a heatwave and therefore the accomodation was difficult to feel cool and relaxed. No AC in second room only 1 bedroom and living space.
Had to throw toilet paper in bin and not the toilet. Not very hygienic.
