Clean, balcony with sea view, fully stocked kitchen with ustensils and stove, towels changed everyday, hot water in shower, very close to be the beach and shops (5-10 minutes)
due to the proximity you can hear the beach bars play until 2-3am but thats what u get if u want smth close to the beach :) unfortunately you can also only pay cash at the property

We had a wonderful stay at
Iris Apartment! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. I can’t wait to visit it again! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ksamil.

It was clear all days except the day on arrival (the floor hasn't been clean however we checked in at 8p.m.). The host and staff tried to be really friendly however they did not speak English.
The room is really small. Perhaps it will be fine for the couple, but for our family with 2 children it wasn't good and really closely. In addition, a lot of things like plates weren't enough for 4 people.
The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable - there was even no shelf to put your toiletries.
The parking area is really small, but the host helps with parking. After 5 nights staying nearby some tree we had to go to wash a car from sticky staff.
The location seems very good, however it's true if you are ready to pay up to 50 euro for 2 sunbeds and umbrella per day (If it's available) - imho, in that case you can book something more expensive, otherwise more cheeper beaches is quite far. But the stores and restaurants are very close.
There was no bidet at all - don't believe the description. Also we had some issue with water - sometimes it doesn't work properly. A couple times It was really an issue to wash our children - too hot or too cold even if you don't touch a tab. Once the water just stopped pouring.
The description says that view to the sea (3rd floor in our case). It looks true and you can see the sea, but it is mostly the view of the roof of the nearby hotel.
On the day before checkout the electric box inside the room started to make really bad sounds and we wanted to change the hotel, but it was the last day and nobody from booking support answered, so we decided to endure one night....
We had 2 apartments and 2 hotels during 2 weeks stay in Albania and it was the most invaluable, worst and most expensive one :( it's really a rip-off as most things in Ksamil... we haven't ever been so upset. We really should have paid a bit more and stay in a different place!
