very nice, would go again

Clean, balcony with sea view, fully stocked kitchen with ustensils and stove, towels changed everyday, hot water in shower, very close to be the beach and shops (5-10 minutes)

due to the proximity you can hear the beach bars play until 2-3am but thats what u get if u want smth close to the beach :) unfortunately you can also only pay cash at the property

We had a wonderful stay at Iris Apartment! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. I can’t wait to visit it again! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ksamil.

Perfect location, clean and modern

Perfect location- quiet but a close walk to the beach and town centre! We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and the clean modern facilities - would def stay again!

Friendly and cosy atmosphere

Location was really good close to the restaurants, beach. Room was clean and warm.Nico was very helpful he helped me to get a bus to Tirana in last day in the morning.

Very central location, restaurants and beach clubs are 2 mins away by foot. The apartment had everything you’d need and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Private parking was essential in Ksamil.

Lovely stay in Ksmail

Was such a lovely spacious apartment! It was super clean and the hosts came daily to tidy it. The beds were super comfortable and the air con was great! I was even able to sleep on the spare bed. We loved the balcony too. They even left a card with restaurant recommendations which were so good too!

The location is perfect! Everything is new and clean. Highly recommended.

One small suggestion I would like to make is to change the lights from white color to more warm yellow. As someone suffering from sensory issues the lights were too bright for me.

Good stay

Great central location, less than 5 mins away from bus stop /main road in ksamil, 5 mins walk from the beach bar strips but still relatively far enough from the activity so it’s still quiet at night. Big room with sofa and balcony which is a plus. Friendly hosts are responsive over the app. Good restaurants near by, like bon appetite next door and highly recommend Mendra restaurant nearby for local cuisine! Housekeeping is available everyday.

In the heart of Qsamil beaches

We got the top apartment which was extra clean and new , the owner was a good man , gave happy & energetic vibes. The cleaner was an old sweet lady, don’t forget to Tip her

Just keep in mind only Cash , it would be convenient if cards were accepted but that’s all in Albania cash system .

Good if you just need to sleep for a couple

It was clear all days except the day on arrival (the floor hasn't been clean however we checked in at 8p.m.). The host and staff tried to be really friendly however they did not speak English.

The room is really small. Perhaps it will be fine for the couple, but for our family with 2 children it wasn't good and really closely. In addition, a lot of things like plates weren't enough for 4 people. The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable - there was even no shelf to put your toiletries. The parking area is really small, but the host helps with parking. After 5 nights staying nearby some tree we had to go to wash a car from sticky staff. The location seems very good, however it's true if you are ready to pay up to 50 euro for 2 sunbeds and umbrella per day (If it's available) - imho, in that case you can book something more expensive, otherwise more cheeper beaches is quite far. But the stores and restaurants are very close. There was no bidet at all - don't believe the description. Also we had some issue with water - sometimes it doesn't work properly. A couple times It was really an issue to wash our children - too hot or too cold even if you don't touch a tab. Once the water just stopped pouring. The description says that view to the sea (3rd floor in our case). It looks true and you can see the sea, but it is mostly the view of the roof of the nearby hotel. On the day before checkout the electric box inside the room started to make really bad sounds and we wanted to change the hotel, but it was the last day and nobody from booking support answered, so we decided to endure one night.... We had 2 apartments and 2 hotels during 2 weeks stay in Albania and it was the most invaluable, worst and most expensive one :( it's really a rip-off as most things in Ksamil... we haven't ever been so upset. We really should have paid a bit more and stay in a different place!

The location is amazing and the apartment is pretty comfortable.

The bathroom could have been better. Whenever someone would take a shower, it would get extremely wet and as it was only 1 for everyone in the house, it was super easy to become messy.

Tidy and basic accommodation a short walk from the main beach. You can leave your apartment and be at a beach bar or in the water within 5 minutes. Enjoyed the location and a fun place to be located.

Everything was great.The property was new, clean and well maintained.The location is great because you are within walking distance from the beach, but far enough not to be bothered by the music playing every night from the beach bars.The owners were very friendly and helpful and the overall experience was pleasant.
