Location, size cleanliness. It is easy to travel to south to Dublin or North to Belfast. The near by town of Dundalk has plenty of facilities.
If I’m really picking at something by I guess and extra chair in the lounge area, the apartment has two double beds but on seating for three for me it was no problem as there was only three of us and we didn’t spend much time in the property.

It was very secured, quiet and great facilities
The whole property only had one mirror in the bathroom, makes 3 ladies getting ready hard

Beautiful, light, bright and clean two bed residence. Modern and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were great. Free WiFi and Netflix was a bonus. We had dogs with us on our stay and they loved exploring the enormous gardens. The views were lovely. The location is excellent for south and north. Great value for money and easy to follow instructions when booking and on arrival.
We enjoyed our stay 100%.

Clean, comfortable stay with plenty of places to see and things to do nearby. Owner/manager is very pleasant to work with and very responsive. An excellent place to stay and a nice quiet alternative to staying in the city.
