Convenient place close to Charleroi airpirt.

Nice bedrooms and comfortable for 5 people. Ammenities good. Convenient location to or from Charleroi airport.

Not much to do in immediate area. Shower is open without separate room.

Close to the airport (not reason for stay). Noisy with jets taking off and landing along with trams

Generous hosts with small breakfast / coffee available. Property was of a good size with a lot of space. Sofas and dining chairs were comfortable.

Beds squeaked considerably. Stairs were steep and open with no handrail which was difficult to navigate and considered a very high risk of falls - particularly with the low level baulkhead. The shower was located in the 2nd floor hallway meaning no privacy and was just a dribble. Low level window on top floor also a risk as no opening restrictor.

The space - big rooms, the bed, car parking, close to the airport, good for one night.

Surroundings a bit scary, the shower without preassure, stairs a bit not safe, cold for us - the temperature was set at 18-19 degrees, the smell..too many diffuzer sticks & perfumes,

Our stay at maison 3 chambres proximité aéroport was simply excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness and modern decor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each bedroom was cozy and well-appointed, providing us with the perfect rest after a day of exploring the city. The amenities in the apartment were fantastic, and the location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our trip! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Das Haus ist gut gelegen, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Innenausstattung ist geschmackvoll und schön.

Die separate Dusche ist mit Glastür, so dass man beim Duschen unfreiwillig den Blicken der anderen Gäste ausgeliefert ist. Die zweite Duschmöglichkeit ist in einer Wanne im Obergeschoss, die Raumhöhe lässt aber nur ein Hocken zu. Macht man beim Schlafen das Fenster auf, so bekommt man schnell zu spüren, dass man an einer Hauptstraße wohnt.

- Bonne proxymité en voiture par rapport au centre - Trés bel appartement - Possibilité de se garer tout autour - l'établissement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un sejour. - Il y'a sufissament de piece et d'espace distinct pour 2 Couples

-Dommage il n'y avait que 3 Serviettes pourtant on avait fait une reservation pour 4 Personnes. -De plus on a des difficulté d'accroché ses vêtement dans les chambres car elle ne dispose pas panderie, ni une possibilité quelconque d'accrochage de vêtement.

Ubicación bien. Había cápsulas de café y tisanas. El resto del desayuno lo llevamos nosotros. Lo mejor de la casa es poder aparcar el coche cerca y su proximidad al aeropuerto

Presenta una serie de inconvenientes que no se pueden apreciar totalmente ni en la descripción de la casa ni en las fotografías. El primer problema grave son las escaleras muy peligrosas, sin barandilla. Los escalones del segundo piso son muy poco profundos, no cabe el pie de un adulto. Escaleras desaconsejadas para personas mayores, niños, personas con vértigo o altas. No hay wc ni baño en la planta baja y hay que subir al primer piso o al segundo. La limpieza del conjunto de la casa es muy mejorable, basta pasar una servilleta de papel blanco por los muebles para ver la suciedad. Las habitaciones ofrecen un aspecto descuidado y sombrío. La ropa de cama y las toallas son muy viejas y dan la impresión de poco limpias. No hay donde dejar la ropa personal, dentro de los armarios hay ropa de cama sucia. En el primer piso hay sólo un wc con lavamanos. En el segundo piso, con la peligrosidad de las escaleras, hay una habitación y enfrente una ducha con la puerta de cristal totalmente transparente. No tiene ninguna intimidad. Hay también un baño abuhardillado. Tiene un wc, lavabo y una bañera con ducha, que no se puede utilizar porque sale toda el agua fuera de la bañera, pues no tiene cortina ni mampara. Después de haber hecho la reserva y el pago correspondiente, pocas horas antes de la entrada, recibí un mensaje diciéndome que no estaba incluida la limpieza y que tenía que dejar todo limpio, incluso la vajilla fregada, sin dejarla en el lavavajillas ni dejarlo funcionando. Todo esto se debería decir antes de hacer la reserva.

Sympa ! Le quartier est triste, c est dommage que cette maison plutôt jolie et bien équipée soit située sur une rue bruy

Maison spacieuse et bien décorée . Située à 10 min de l aéroport et à proximité de restaurants . C est bien équipé. Tv, enceintes, cuisine équipée ... 3 chambres bien indépendantes . Et un gentille attention des hôtes avec quelques gâteaux, gaufres ainsi que les dosettes de café.

Les chambres donnent toutes sur la rue ( avec tramway dès 5h du matin. Prévoyez des boules quies si vous souhaitez dormir . Chambres sympa mais la literie est vieillissante . Les matelas ne sont pas des plus confortables . La douche est située dans le couloir, cela n est pas très intime si vous n êtes pas en couple ou famille .

Perfect voor kort verblijf in regio Charleroi

Ruim en zeer net appartement vlakbij vliegveld Charleroi. Ideaal als je de volgende dag een vroege vlucht hebt, je hebt veel meer ruimte en faciliteiten in vergelijking met een hotel.

Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, wij hebben hier geen last van gehad maar als je gevoelig bent voor geluiden kan dit vervelend zijn.

L'appartement était très bien situé pour nos besoins, beaucoup d'équipement dans l'appartement.

Le seul point négatif les 2 grandes escaliers très dangereuse pas de rampe, Ce fut vraiment un casse tête avec mon père de 93 ans, cela devrais être mieux expliqué sur le site de Booking j'avais vue un escalier sur les photos de Booking mais j'ai pensé qu'il y avait une chambre et une salle de bain au rez de chaussé.

Pas convaincue !

La proximité de l'aéroport, à 7 minutes en voiture. La taille de la maison est satisfaisante. Les photos ne correspondent pas à celles proposées par Booking ! Le café, lait et sucre à disposition, la cuisine en général même si je n'ai pas fait usage. Le chauffage qui a été mis à l'avance nous a permis de trouver une température agréable.

L'odeur de moisi dès l'arrivée et le prolongement dans le linge du lit et partout. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Les escaliers sont trop raides et dangereux. Le bruit provenant de la rue est également dérangeant ; passage de tram et voiture.

Het sleutelkastje was zeeg goed. De woonkamer en keuken.

Geen spatel om een eitje te bakken. Mooie keuken maar onder de wasbak was het vies Oude lappen en doeken. Trappen eng en onveilig. Geen armleunigen. Ik moest naar boven kruipen en me aan de trede vasthouden. Oudere mensen en moeilijk lopende mensen kunnen eigenlijk niet makkelijk boven komen. Matras was zeer dun en hard en dekbed overtrek was verkeerd op het bed. De achterkant zat aan de zijkant gestopt. Al met al viel dat wel tegen. We hebben gelijk het huis gelucht want er was een onaangename bepaalde geur aanwezig. Geen gordijn voor het raam bij het toilet & douche.
