I stayed at this guesthouse and was very disappointed. The owner never responded to our calls or direct messages, despite several photos and requests to change rooms. I noticed small particles in the bed every morning, as if there had been insects in it. We found that he did respond to requests through Booking.com, but only negatively and never to help us or resolve the problem

The staff were lovely and so accommodating. Rooms were cleaned daily. The lady that does the laundry washes, dry’s and irons like it’s an Olympic sport. 🥇

A wonderful stay worth the price if you’re on a budget!

Roy guesthouse was a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, and the shower ran HOT! It can be quite loud as the guest stay is situated on a busy street, but Roy’s charm and joy to help made up for it! Would highly recommend as the stay is right in the heart of Canggu, walking distance from everything you’d possibly need and only 5-10 mins from the beaches with a bike!

Amazing stay & great value for money!

Staff were amazing and the breakfast was great! Coffee was left outside your room at 7am in a flask which was lovely to wake up to! Great location walking distance to cafes etc.

Doona's are little blankets Noise is very loud - next to a main intersection 5am noise from speaker for praying They provide earplugs that help a bit. They did a deep clean of the air-con during our stay so we had to go out for a few hours.

Very good

The room was bigger than expected and was very clean. Free drinking water/ tea and there is a scooter rental and a Circle K nearby. Wifi was good and there is a big fridge in the room. Roy was a very friendly and helpful host.

The hotel is next to a bus street so it is quite noisy but we had earplugs so we slept pretty good.

Great value for money in a top location!

loved the location, size of the room (which also includes a fridge and TV). Roy was exceptional too and did everything to make sure i was comfortable while also proving a couple of great spots for food! he helped me out too by charging my portable power bank as I hadn't had an indonesian adaptor.

Really nice stay, very clean room with bathroom and big fridge inside. AC is a big plus. And the super cute puppies were a bonus, too 😊 Staff is very nice, laundry service next to the house is good.

won’t stay again

took my dog from my room and did something to him now scared of people caused trauma to him unlocked my door went into my room without permission while I was out and took my dog, I felt unsafe and I didn’t want to stay after this it was so loud the road and the people in the morning tv had bad signal I had one towel my whole stay never changed it

Неплохой бюджетный отель, если бы не шум.

Большой номер, наличие рядом с номером диспенсера с холодной и горячей водой, бесплатный чай и кофе, нормальный интернет. Рядом в шаговой доступности магазин и несколько вкусных кафе.

Основная проблема-шум. Отель расположен на перекрестке и его хозяева при постройке ничего не сделали чтобы уменьшить шум с улицы. Двери не распашные, а сдвижные вбок, заедают при открывании, когда закрыты, остается зазор по 3 см с разных углов. В двери сделана вент. решетка, звук с улицы беспрепятственно идет в номер. С туалетом то же самое. Дверь плотно не закрывается, в стене есть 4 отверстия для вентиляции, через которые улицу слышно отлично. Без беруш спать очень сложно)). Ощущение, как будто кровать стоит на улице на перекрестке. Если для кого то шум не проблема-в остальном нормальный отель за свои деньги. Умывальник в моем номере был практически нерабочим, струйка еле текла.
