The vibes and cleanliness. Staff are super nice, there’s spacious rooftop to do yoga, chill and cook.

I don't think the price/value is there

The upstairs kitchen is nice. The host seemed like a nice person, they allowed for early check in. Location is good if you have a scooter to get around.

Uncomfortable beds, only provide a basic top sheet. Generally I think the place is overpriced for what you get.

Cheap but lacks comfort.

The people that worked there are super friendly and so everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The tap in my room didnt work. Warm water wasnt available all the time and the water pressure was low. Its a fairly cheap room so maybe i got what i paid for.

Owner Mario and housekeeper Hendi are both extremely helpful, friendly and overall just nice guys. Higly recommend this place. Came back because nothing else conpares in this price range.

Newly built and mostly clean

Good AC 5/10 mins by bike to most spots

Only 1 towel provided and asked for another but they had ran out. Hair in the shower drain. No soap/hand wash provided for bathroom sink.

Pleasant

The room was new and had a very good bathroom with hot water and a strong airconditioning. The people were very sweet. Also a good kitchen with fridge and free water.

We could not sleep because of all the noise of the boiler. Also the curtains let all the light through... even with earplugs and eyemask we could nog sleep very well. Also quite far from main area if you do not have a scooter so definitely need one. Bit pricey compared to other stays we did in the area.

Comfortable and clean

I stayed here for 23 nights. It is a new guesthouse and some minor work was still being done, especially on the beautiful roof terrace. Those works started late in the morning, so had very little inconvenience and they should be finished by now. It's on a busy street, but a little in the back so the traffic noise wasn't too bad. It didn't bother me at all. The beds are good, the shower is hot and the air conditioning is quiet. Furthermore, it is clean and the rooms have enough privacy. There is cleaning at least twice a week and one app to the owner Witta is enough for an extra cleaning, clean bedding or towel. Witta tries very hard to make you feel comfortable and is open to suggestions to make you even more comfortable. The scooter place is not big, but big enough. The kitchen is large and equipped with cookware, cutlery and tableware. There is free hot and cold drinking water, coffee and tea. The roof terrace is large and a nice place to catch sun or a sunset. I would give it a nine because further optimization was being worked on and maybe because there is no pool, but the comfort and hospitality make up for this. So from me a 10 anyway.

Voor mij een prima plek!

ERg leuke plek! Ook voor mij, iets oudere reizigster. Ik werd hartelijk ontvangen. Het was schoon en netjes. Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Volgens mij zijn er intussen nog betere aanpassingen, zoals bedlampje, gemaakt. De rooftop is heerlijk. Toen ik er was, was het er rustig, wel gasten, maar geen partyhostel, wat ik erg waardeerde.

Faltaría pulir algunos detalles en las habitaciones compartidas: una lamparita de noche individual, unas cortinillas para cada cama… Pero reservaría de nuevo :)

В целом чисто. Есть кухня. На этом все.

Ни кого из сотрудников не увидел ни при заселении, ни при выселении. В номере нет даже элементарно мыла. Пришлось все покупать. Объект расположен крайне неудобно. Рядом ничего нет. Рядом жилые дома и всю ночь лаяли собаки.
