I’ve booked a room with the rice field for 3 days and paid by credit card directly. But when I get there, surprisingly I got other room which was inside behind the reception. I felt confused about the booking why I got a room that I didn’t book. I asked the receptionist. ****She said the room I booked already full by people who stay for monthly**** She said can I cancel the booking? Unfortunately if I cancel now I won’t get any money back. So, I really didn’t have any choice. I feel like I was scammed by the booking, picture and room description. I didn’t get any thing from what I saw on bookingdotcom, and I can’t cancel it. I just feel like the room I already booked is fulled but why you still open the room for booking? You need to turn it off, don’t you? The room I was staying is quite old, lot of mosquito in the room when I came back to the room in night time. I killed about 10 mosquitos. And mosquitos bit me while I was sleeping as well. Also a lot of ants and ant’s nest on the floor and corner. The shower room looks really old, like no one staying here more than a year. >>Some stain dry blood on the blanket

Beautiful property, spacious clean rooms with gorgeous views over the pool and rice fields. It’s a 10 minute walk into the village for more food options/shops. It was very peaceful at times, which was unfortunately disturbed by a few guys staying in the cheap bunk room sitting by the pool using phones without headphones and listening to music, I even had one streaming content outside my room at 1.30am, I did ask for quiet but then slept badly and became sick the next day ruining my next few days in central Canggu. Also on Sun night the management/staff sit by the pool in front of the room socialising, watching their phones etc- i felt disrespected when I paid for the higher price rooms but people that hadn’t were impacting my stay. Headphones should be mandatory. I would have been fine if they were further away from the main rooms and the noise was distant- but it was right outside my room.

Room was big and a nice place to sit outside, pool was nice.

Staff doesn't really seem committed. In the reservation it said poolview, but I looked at a wall. Also the bed sheets were very dirty. When I complained I got a other room with poolview. The sheets were still not that clean but at least a little better. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the toiletseat looked disgusting. Location is a little far from the centre and the road to get there is horrible.
