I didn’t feel good from what I get

I’ve booked a room with the rice field for 3 days and paid by credit card directly. But when I get there, surprisingly I got other room which was inside behind the reception. I felt confused about the booking why I got a room that I didn’t book. I asked the receptionist. ****She said the room I booked already full by people who stay for monthly**** She said can I cancel the booking? Unfortunately if I cancel now I won’t get any money back. So, I really didn’t have any choice. I feel like I was scammed by the booking, picture and room description. I didn’t get any thing from what I saw on bookingdotcom, and I can’t cancel it. I just feel like the room I already booked is fulled but why you still open the room for booking? You need to turn it off, don’t you? The room I was staying is quite old, lot of mosquito in the room when I came back to the room in night time. I killed about 10 mosquitos. And mosquitos bit me while I was sleeping as well. Also a lot of ants and ant’s nest on the floor and corner. The shower room looks really old, like no one staying here more than a year. >>Some stain dry blood on the blanket

Beautiful property, spacious clean rooms with gorgeous views over the pool and rice fields. It’s a 10 minute walk into the village for more food options/shops. It was very peaceful at times, which was unfortunately disturbed by a few guys staying in the cheap bunk room sitting by the pool using phones without headphones and listening to music, I even had one streaming content outside my room at 1.30am, I did ask for quiet but then slept badly and became sick the next day ruining my next few days in central Canggu. Also on Sun night the management/staff sit by the pool in front of the room socialising, watching their phones etc- i felt disrespected when I paid for the higher price rooms but people that hadn’t were impacting my stay. Headphones should be mandatory. I would have been fine if they were further away from the main rooms and the noise was distant- but it was right outside my room.

No individual fans anymore which makes it too hot for buttom bunks. Just consider some tatical fan placements, small investment, huge increase of comfort for guests

Great place in the ricefields

The staff is very kind and nice. The room was big and spacious and we loved the bed. The location was just amazing overlooking ricefields.

The internet was really bad and I was not able to work properly. The bathroom really needs a revamp because it looks unfinished and not cozy at all. There was a major problem with electricity - using the kettle would always stop the electricity and my hair dryer the same. Otherwise, this place has great potential but these details need to be worked out.

Disappointing

So I will start with the nice part, the service is friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, the space of the room is big, and there is share kitchen, and the curtains are good and they give you tea and coffee.

But for this price there is, some part really need to be changed, we have a room with a view facing a grey wall instead of the terrasse field and pool they promise us in the website, the bed is broken and really hard we have back pain at the end of the two nights. The wifi doesn’t work really well in our room, the aircon is loud, there is ants. If you plug something more like the kettle the electricity of the room just stop … We have high expectations in the beginning specially about the view ect

Everything! The location is superwell located, its outside the busyness, but so easy to access, the staff is superfriendly, the energy is peaceful and spacious, i could literally live here.

Room was big and a nice place to sit outside, pool was nice.

Staff doesn't really seem committed. In the reservation it said poolview, but I looked at a wall. Also the bed sheets were very dirty. When I complained I got a other room with poolview. The sheets were still not that clean but at least a little better. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the toiletseat looked disgusting. Location is a little far from the centre and the road to get there is horrible.

An amazing location and really nice private pool. The staff were very kind and helpfull.

Because it is in the nature you have a lot of insects (also in bed some). Before using the toilet you need to flush him once because of the ants.

Tue location was pretty, but the accommodation for 3 people with outside Bath ( wasn't clean) bit was raining anyway. Tea and coffee with out a kettle or hot water and milk powder for coffee ☕️ The satellite for the TV wasn't working so both rooms without any TV. When arriving late would be nice to chill out too. The staff however were amazing, I didn't have the means to pay by card so had to western union, super efficient. Very chilled vibe and beautiful setting.

Very spacious room and showers, the bed was huge and comfortable, the internet was fast, it’s quiet and people are respectful with each other. i love the rice fields view from the pool, plus they have functional kitchen. The vibe was chill and the staff are very friendly and nice. I will recommend this to anyone

The place is stunning and the staff are very kind (don’t speak much English though). The beds are very comfortable and I loved how everything was open! The pool is nice and clean and I was able to extend multiple nights.

Booked 2 dorm bed for 2 nights. In the night before going there from Ubud, i send whatsapp message and calling too. To confirm about checking time. The staff said the room already full, and say wanna send message to confirm (after my message was sent, hello !!) he also said 'who comes first get first'. Too silly !!

The pool and the rice terrace makes you feel like youre in bali from back in the day, also lovd that Mt Agung is in views distance. Not to far from the beacha the people are amazing. Also love you can pay with card :)

The roads are getting better, so cant fault them there. And there are curtains but they only go partial to cover. Wish they had all the way cover for full privcay but not a deal breaker, still a 10/10
