Booked through booking.com but turned up and had our booking cancelled infront of us by the guy running the place as they hadn’t been getting paid by booking.com in 2 weeks. Not our fault as the money had left our account and their website was still up. So had to wait ages after a long travel day for them to eventually give us a room for the night before allowing us to stay for the 4 days we paid for. But not without asking us to pay extra towards electricity. The rest of the experience there then felt awkward as the guy clearly didn’t like us being there despite having paid. It felt like he saw us as staying there for free.

STAY AWAY

I booked this accommodation the day before my trip to Canggu. I drove all the way from Uluwatu, and just before arriving at the property, I received a message from the hostel saying there had been an error and the place was full. I arrived at the property anyway, expressing my frustration as I had already made the trip and expected proper communication. The man at reception had dreadful customer service skills and showed no care or concern that my time had been completely wasted. I had booked 24 hours in advance, so if there was a problem, I should have been informed much earlier – not an hour before check-in. To make matters worse, the room was still available on Booking.com, which is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place – completely incompetent!

Great place for the young party goers

The private room was spacious and quiet, the bed was huge. Water pressure was alright but came out hot for showers. Ray was an amazing host taking care to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included.

The clientele was cliquey.

Great staff, the only thing that's good in there.

English: the bed was broken, is possible to see that the entire structure is rusty, spider webs around and moldy walls, the bathroom is disgusting, with hair in the down the sink drain, clearly they don't clean that every day, also this one has a really bad stink, the common area really smells like cigarettes most of the time... I have no idea how this place has a score higher than 8 on booking.com. Português: A cama estava quebrada, dava para ver que toda a estrutura estava enferrujada, com teias de aranha por toda parte e paredes mofadas. O banheiro era nojento, com cabelos no ralo da pia; claramente não limpam ele todos os dias. Além disso, o local tinha um cheiro muito ruim, e a área comum cheirava a cigarro na maior parte do tempo... Não faço ideia de como este lugar tem uma avaliação maior que 8 no Booking.com.

El peor trato, el personal que labora ahí no fue nada amable, hice la reservación por Booking.com y cuando llegue al lugar me dijeron que no tenía nada reservado. Ya de habían cobrado de mi tarjeta, me sorprendió mucho porque la gente en Bali es muy amable pero en este caso no fue así, le pedí que por favor me respetara la reservación y muy grosero me dijo que no. Tuvo que ayudarme el taxi con que el que venía para buscar otra opción, no me regresaron mi dinero y tampoco respetaron mi reservación! Pésimo servicio!!! No se confíen del lugar
