A very convenient nice place

The place has a very good location. I didn’t have any problem with check-in even arriving late. It was simple, but cleaned every day. I was little bit worried about my sleeping after reading some of the reviews, but I slept very good there, even though it is close to the main road and you can here motorcycles, it wasn’t an issue for me and I consider myself as a light sleeper. Breakfast was provided in other restaurant close by (10 minutes walk) or very short ride by grab or gojek. The restaurant is called Palmer Canggu and having breakfast there was super tasty with very nice view.

Room service every day, convenient location with many restaurants, room was very nice.

You can hear all the noise from the street. Bot good for light sleepers. Also our bed was broken, luckily in place where you can’t really feel it at night.

Very noisy but still good value

Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The location is great, near lots of shops 10 minute motorbike ride to the beach. The room was bigger than I expected and wifi was great. Good vibe with lots of plants and kiwi trees out front!

THE WORST THING THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT- is the construction! Everyday at 8:58am exactly, the men right nextdoor start working with very loud machinery and woke me up every single day including weekends for the two weeks i stayed here. I understand that its bali but i wish I was told! The shared kitchen does not look like photos, its very old and dirty. You will have lizard roomates, the lizards are everywhere (atleast that means no bugs). You will hear the cars and bikes driving on the road, this didnt bother me but if you are a light sleeper i would NOT stay here.

We are travelling on a budget and stayed in the Tegal - one of a series of budget rooms as part of our long trip. The room is super value for money. It is clean and comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They accommodated our late check in, helped us rent a great scooter at an event better price and held onto our bags while we left for a few days to tour around the island.

Excellent value for money and location to explore canggu

Great value for money: very central location (directly at main road leading into canggu and many supermarkets/warungs and restaurants walking distance) and also very nice stay with only 5 houses in total, everybody peacefull and free water refill and fridge to keep things in. The staff is on-call via whatsapp and very friendly and quick responsive. And excellent way to explore canggu. I even walked the whole mainroad towards the beach (30min walk)

bathroom: It would have been nice to have some complimentary soap/bodywash during my stay (and a cleaning on the limestone) Pluspoint for the location is the mainstreet- but keep in my mind that can be very noisy for sleeping so do bring earplugs!! :)

Excellent value stay in Canggu!

This was an excellent stay for the price! It was in a great location and it was easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff helped us rent a scooter and were flexible with the rental, (we only needed it for a few hours). They were very responsive and easy to reach when we came by to check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was warm and had good water pressure. The access to the kitchen was great and very helpful.

There was a little confusion about check in time, but it was primarily a miscommunication lost in translation. The number that we contacted to rent a scooter was less responsive, and said they would come by soon but then an hour went by with no communication, so it was hard to get an accurate estimate of time in a lot of things.

Het bed! Room 1 heeft een verschrikkelijk slecht bed room 3 kiezen heeft een oke bed! Matrassen zijn toe aan vervanging!

Oke voor een goedkoop verblijf

Het is midden in canggu en goedkoop!

Er mag beter worden schoongemaakt onder het bed! De badkamer even reinigen met echte reinigers de randen alles! Onder het bed! De schoonmakers vliegen door de kamer heen.. en nieuwe schoon bedden goed! Vaker vervangen ook niet alleen het bedopmaken dit kan je aanbieden tegen een extra tarief want de kamer is goedkoop!
