Great comfortable stay, perfect location and peaceful

We couldn't fault our recent stay at Catu guesthouse. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The guesthouse itself is well maintained, comfortable, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything such as bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach which was perfect. It really exceeded our expectations and it was everything we needed and more for our stay in canggu. So much so we rebooked to stay again 2 weeks after we visited other areas of Bali for a little while. We would highly recommend Catu Guest House and we would 100% stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thanks again:)

Catu Guesthouse was a great place to stay and definitely good value for money. We had everything we needed here and it was super clean. The location was also perfect as it was very central but not loud. I would definitely recommend this place!

loved it here! 10/10 wifi, got so much work done. comfy bed, strong AC, free coffee tea and water ALL DAY in the little kitchen. stones throw from the beach, shops and restaurants practically on the doorstep. And the owner is so nice and accommodating. I extended for nearly a week! hope to be back soon. :)

We liked the area a lot, the appartment is based close to the beach, great restaurants and shops. The host was very polite, check in and communicationwere very good! We liked the small kitchen and that we had a well functioning air conditioning, the bed was comfortable and we had what we needed - but not more. The equipment of the appartment is really basic. Surprisingly quiet in the nights.

Bathroom and doors were not very clean, the linen of bed and towels could be renewed. Some soap in the bathroom for washing hands would be nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catu guest house. The room was clean, the location is great, right in the centre but because it is in a small alley it is not as crowded and it is quiet. It also felt private because the garden is enclosed by walls. The owner is really friendly. We preferred that breakfast was not included because there are so many good breakfast places to try nearby. Beach is a short walk away. We recommend this place!

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, nette Gastgeber

Wir haben während unseres Surfkurses hier übernachtet und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral direkt neben dem Catu-Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit einer schönen Terrasse, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind etwas dunkler, daher empfehlen wir, wenn möglich, ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Die kleine Gemeinschaftsküche im Innenhof, der Trinkwasserspender und der Kühlschrank waren sehr praktisch. Die Reinigung erfolgte unkompliziert nach Absprache per WhatsApp. Die freundlichen Vermieter betreiben den Catu Markt nebenan, sind gut erreichbar und bieten auch Roller zur Miete an. Insgesamt ist es eine saubere, ruhige und gut gelegene Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war bei heißem Wasser gut, bei angenehmer Temperatur für meinen Geschmack etwas schwach. Es war dennoch vollkommen in Ordnung und eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Mit dem WLAN hatten wir gelegentlich kurze Aussetzer. Das kam auf Bali aber auch in anderen Unterkünften häufiger vor.
