We’ve stayed in the Senator Complex many times but this was our first time in this apartment. I understand the apartment has now been sold and we were the last guests, so I wish the present owner all the best!
- Clean, tidy and very homely.
- Well-equipped and nicely decorated.
- Free bikes.
- Lovely pool (note, it isn’t heated and is very cold).
- Good communication with the owner.
- Washing machine was broken.
- Some towels weren’t clean (eg. deep makeup stains).
- Front door really ought to have a draught excluder to stop the wind screeching through the apartment.
- Bedroom window was broken - we opened it upon arrival and it fell off its hinges.
- A common issue at this development is the shower water running cold very quickly, this one was especially bad.
To be fair, the owner offered to replace our towels, organise for our washing to be done, and do a full apartment clean, but as we were leaving the next morning we politely declined.

Es un apartamento súper mono y cuidado. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas y Ana, la anfitriona es muy amable. Nos facilitó mucha información sobre la isla y, además, nos permitió entrar antes al apartamento porque no tenía huéspedes y llegamos muy temprano a Lanzarote. Un amor de chica.

Leuk complex met superfijn zwembad en heerlijk rustig gelegen.
Ana was zeer vriendelijk in haar berichten en bood aan om de was te laten doen…
Bij aankomst was de vloer niet schoon… haren … een stofzuiger zou een goede oplossing zijn.
De wasmachine was defect.
Gezien we elke dag intensief sporten, willen we elke dag een wasje doen.
Op 1/10 konden we s avonds niet meer binnen in het complex, gezien de code was gewijzigd en niet gemeld.
Bij opbellen, kwam er geen antwoord.
Over het hek moeten kruipen…
