Apartment Aqui Todo Empieza - Pool view - Free WiFi - smart TV-Residence Senator

Apartment was absolutely perfect. Fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The shower was amazing, Hob and oven both worked perfectly. We even used the washing machine. Some supplies were also left for our use, eg tea bags, veg oil, salt, washing up liquid, tea towel, even a small funnel that was super helpful when filling other containers from the big water container that we bought. Bedroom has windows which can easily be opened but secure shutters on the outside. Bedroom fan works well, so room was never too hot. Living room has a big free standing fan, a bit noisy but works well. Netflix on the TV was a bonus. Just ask for help to set it up. Gated complex, felt very safe. Pool was just 1 depth, around shoulder height so can’t recommend for kids. Out of town residential location, very quiet. 15-20 mins walk into town centre. 5 mins walk to Spar and a few restaurants nearby. Many thanks to the super helpful Oliver, who met us on arrival and was never too busy to help us if we had a question.

La tranquilidad, sin estrés y el estar cerca de todo y la vez lejos, poder sentarte a ver la puesta de Sol, dormir fresquito por la noche, poder salir a andar por las mañanas y saber qué no te vas a perder 😊 sentirte feliz y tranquilo dejando por unos días los problemas atrás, ni te acuerdas

Si llevas maletas grandes las escaleras ( si estás arriba) se hacen un poco pesadas, me imagino que con la altura de los edificios un ascensor igual no es viable pero bueno algun tipo de montacargas, también la compra etc

This was our second successive year staying at this delightful property on a charming complex about 15 minutes walk away from the centre of Costa Teguise. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and has all the amenities we required. Our host Katya was very friendly and extremely quick to respond to any requests. We hope to return in 2027. Highly Recommend.

Caroline was there waiting to greet us & show us around the apartment. The apartment was spotless & modern. Large Spar shop 5 mins walk & 10 mins walk to loads of restaurants. The pool was clean & lovely to relax at. Oliver & Caroline were only a message away for any queries. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 😎
