Acogedor Apartamento Residencial

L’appartement est conforme à sa description. Il est très bien placé dans la station. La présence d’une place de parking est un plus bien appréciable. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons tout aimé. Étant venus en janvier, nous n’avions pas prévu d’utiliser la belle terrasse. Néanmoins, nous pouvons suggérer la mise à disposition d’une table et de chaises de jardin pour les périodes plus chaudes.

Ecellent location close to the centre of Costa Teguise. Kettle, toaster, oven, washer, dryer, microwave, hair dryer, smart tv, heater. Clean and spacious. Very comfotable bed and sofas. Quality lined and towels. Nice tasteful decor. First floor location. We would happily revisit.

The balcony had no furniture. The front door lock was so stiff, i could not use it. Luckily my husband did manage it. The parking fob to enter the private parking often would not work The host said he would sort these out

Apartment was amazing. So spacious with all you needed indoors.

Terrace only got the sun on a morning , there was no furniture. We made do with pulling two chairs out from dining table and sitting on them for lunch .

The property was very clean, very modern, very spacious, we never used the big TV, but it looked very modern.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. A thick mattress with a small mattress on top that wouldn’t stay in place, we had two weeks of bad sleep. There was no safe to put your valuables in. Could not receive WiFi signal in the main bedroom. No toaster and no kettle. No sunbeds or chairs on the balcony. The fan in bedroom made an awful noise through the night, but we had to have it on as there was no air-conditioning. Back door would not lock (we did advise), had to use an inadequate hook on sliding doors. Bed sheets & towels was not replaced at any time throughout our stay, we was informed that this was going to happen so we waited in & wasted a day, We ended up having to wash them ourselves. As there was no safe we thought is best to stay & wait, they never showed up.
