About this chalet rental
Beautiful holiday home on the ground floor of a new complex with a swimming pool. Very fast Wi-Fi with fibre. It has a large terrace with chairs to relax and views of the communal pool. The Senator complex is located in Costa Teguise, in a very quiet area and at the same time close to all services. The pool area has sun loungers, a Balinese daybed and showers. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It has a double room with ceiling fan and a large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower tray and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 3-burner hob, large fridge and freezer.
Living room with smart flat-screen TV, 2-seater sofa bed, armchair and dining table. The living room opens directly onto the sunny terrace with comfortable sofas to relax and a spectacular view of the pool. It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A set of towels and sheets is provided for each guest. Cot available upon request.
The house is located in the Senator complex, very quiet and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying your holidays and relaxing. Walking 10/15 minutes, you can easily reach the "las Cucharas" beach and the centre of Costa Teguise with bars, restaurants and shops.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Nice outside area.
Reasonable price.
Easy to use website and booking process. Good and timely communication throughout, from booking to arrival at accommodation.
Very detailed information on access to property.
Overall accommodation was very good, maybe a bit more crockery, cooking utensils would improve things.
The main access sliding door was quite stiff to open and close. Could be an issue to some people!
