La ubicación del apartamento en la isla que lo hace muy céntrico para visitar la isla. La relación calidad-precio. La piscina está muy bien,mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. La comunicación con el propietario muy rápida. Las camas eran cómodas.
Si el objetivo es ir a la playa de Costa Teguise y estar en esa zona, está bastante alejado. La limpieza fue regular y faltaban varios productos de limpieza y utensilios de limpieza. Hay bastante ropa y productos personales en el apartamento. La persona que lleva el apartamento se equivocó de día y entró en el apartamento estando nosotros dentro y nos dio un gran susto. Se disculparon por el error. Hay cucarachas en la terraza aunque tienen veneno. La terraza está muy bien de tamaño pero está a pie de calle y por delante pasa un camino para bajar a la playa con bastante tránsito.
