Lepa lokacija, bazen je praktično pred vhodom in je odličen. Gostiteljica zelo prijazna in odzivna, poda jasna navodila in se odzove v primeru vprašanj. Apartma manjši vendar dovolj velik tudi za družino z otroci ki je večinoma naokrog.Sicer pa tudi zelo lepa plaža v Costa Teguise oddaljena 800m, v tem delu tudi večerno dogajanje in veliko restavracij in barov. Otok Lanzarote pa sicer tudi zelo lep in super za preživeti dopust.
Dodaten plus bi sicer bil še pomivalni stroj in klimatska naprava, česar na žalost ni. Nekaj opreme je tudi že malo zdelane in postelje so nekoliko premehke, zato bi manjša obnova zagotovo prinesla še kakšnega gosta več.

Hôte très gentille qui nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et conseils pour visiter l'île. L'emplacement est bien pour rayonner. Grande piscine et commerces / restaurants à proximité.
Résidence un peu vétuste. L'appartement est propre mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (équipements / aménagements)

Elena ha sido muy amable facilitandonos todo tipo de información.
La limpieza del apartamento no es del todo correcta (mucho polvo y no precisamente tierra por ser donde es). En la habitación principal, mucho olor a humedad y si abrías el armario era inaguantable. Muy pequeño con muchos obstáculos, más sencillo sería más cómodo y fácil de limpiar. Hemos abonado el servicio por mascota aparte del precio pactado con Booking. El apartamento se anuncia como recién reformado y solo tiene un lavado de cara. El plato de ducha tiene problemas en el desagüe...
