The staff were lovely and the rooms were very large.
The shower in the bath was dangerous and just spun round.
The location was too far away from the restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect for what we wanted, enabling us to do some self catering and also as a base to visit friends who live in Costa Teguise. The accommodation was spacious and had all the essentials in it. It was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The settee was a little dated and one of the balcony chairs had a crack in it but was still usable. Overall we didnt have any complaints.

Pool and sunbeds were great.
Chips from the bar were tasty!
Fire alarm set off at 2am, nobody around to tell us what caused it and if ok to enter once the alarm went off.
Loud people after midnight, plus in pool, nobody around to tell then to shut up.
Bathroon needed new grouting.
