Casa Louise

We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Het was heel handig dat we de sleutel met een code uit een sleutelkluisje konden halen, waardoor aankomen op elk tijdstip mogelijk was. De kamers waren netjes en schoon, de locatie was uitstekend en het complex was heerlijk rustig. Het zwembad was fantastisch en de grote koelkast met vriesvakken was erg praktisch. Ook de aanwezige kruiden waren een fijne extra.

De keuken is wat gedateerd en kan op enkele punten een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. De afzuigkap werkte matig en de rubberen rand van de wasmachine was erg vies. We hebben geprobeerd deze schoon te maken. Daarnaast was de aanwezige koekenpan aan vervanging toe, omdat de antiaanbaklaag losliet. We hebben daarom zelf een nieuwe pan aangeschaft. Een kleine vaatwasser zou een waardevolle toevoeging zijn. Verder merkten we dat de badkamers regelmatig naar rioollucht konden ruiken.

The complex was superb. Location was quiet with plenty amenities within a couple of minutes and main area a 20 minutes walk.

Being picky, as the apartment was fantastic, but would have preferred a bed sheet instead of a duvet to keep cooler at night

It was perfect! We slept so well, it was so quiet and peaceful. The pools were were well kept and there was always sunbeds free. The apartment had everything we needed and enough space for our family of four. The owner was very responsible when messaged. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved having a washing machine there to use and the safe was ideal too.

Nothing

The apartment is in a pleasant complex with a lovely pool. The grounds were beautifully kept. There were some good restaurants around the apartment and it was about 20 mins walk into Costa Teguise all on the flat. You did need to book the restaurants in Playa Bastien as they were very busy. The apartment was very clean and Louise the owner very kindly allowed us to enter a few hours early. She also called in to see if everything was ok. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sofas too.

We had a difficult time trying to find the apartment as the joining instructions were not up to date. Louise did apologise and said she would ensure they were amended. The apartment is very tired and could do with a refurb. It needs new bathrooms and kitchen. And definitely needs a heater in the living room. The weather was awful so the apartment was freezing. We found a blanket which we used whilst in the living area. Louise suggested the heater/air con should also heat the rest of the house, but it didn’t.
