Casa Linda 2 bed apartment in Costa Teguise

Large main bedroom with ensuite , nice terrace area not to far from pool area - bonus of a washing machine and drying racks on the terrace Los Molinos is the perfect location for us - enough room for everyone , lovely pool area - complex communal areas very clean , plenty of sunbeds ; ) with / without shade and a ramp at the shallow end for easy access . . Enough of a walk to the centre but not to far out . 5 mins from bus stops , hyperdino's & a selection of shops . Santa Rosa hotel next door offers pool tables ,bowling, paddle board and a mini mini golf ( all for a reasonable charge ) . There is also an excursion kiosk 5mins away for booking a variety of trips and activities . Short walk to beaches , about a 15 mins walk to centre if you don't walk all around the front following the prom/beaches : )

Communication was poor - no information pack on arrival ( luckily we know the area and what's available/expected ) Problem solving not great either from our contact for the apartment with a couple of enquiries/ issues we had . Very limited workable kitchen worktop Not as new or as clean ( for me personally - unfortunately for those cleaning the apartment I also have a cleaning business so I'm probably looking for a bit more attention to detail as well as the basic cleaning expected ) as looked on photos - furniture well used 2nd bathroom very tight . I'm personally not a fan of cold pools but once you're in was lovely . Constructive suggestion of maybe a luggage room could be available ( at owners own risk - but very safe location we have found )

Excellent location very comfortable great pool very peaceful great host who was very helpful lovely walk to centre of teguise i could not recommend the apartment any higher and we will be going back

There was nothing we did not like

The flat was well equipped and very comfortable, bright and modern. The site was lovely with excellent pool facilities. Everything was well cared for. The onsite bar was nice and the staff very polite and efficient.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. About 20 mins stroll from the centre of Costa Teguise but there are lots of no local bars and restaurants to choose from if you don't feel like/ or aren't up to walking that far.

Beautifully newly refurbished 2 bed apartment with everything we could could have hoped for and needed during our Xmas and New Year stay. Washing Machine, Cooker with Hob/ Oven and Grill, Fridge/ Freezer, Microwave, Tv with Netflix, Mood Lighting and Air Conditioning, Private Terrace, fabulous showers in both bathrooms, not far from the complex pool and in a great location to a lovely bar ‘The New Mill’ which does great food. Was a lovely and quiet complex just far enough away to get to the main town of Costa Teguise by walking across the road through Playa Bastian and walking across the beach front. We will definitely be booking again.

Nothing.. we wish we could have stayed longer!
