Villa Las Marias Suite - Playa Roca Residence

A fabulous property, one of the best we have stayed in!! Caroline and Oliver have clearly put a huge amount of work into refurbishing and decorating this fabulous property. The decoration is beautiful, all the fixtures and fittings are very high quality and everything works perfectly. The bed is a very good size and very comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep. The property is absolutely spotlessly clean and is stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The outside space is beautiful with a covered area, a table for eating or relaxing and sun beds to fully relax, all are in perfect condition and very comfortable. Very much a home from for comfort and quality of equipment. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to come back one day.

This villa was fabulous, it was just perfect for me and my sister. It was really comfortable, homely and clean and we settled in straight away, it had everything we needed. The complex is great, easy for shops, eateries etc and to get into the fabulous coastal path. The pool area is lovely and welcomed on those warmer days. Thank you to Oliver who met us on the day we arrived, allowed us an early check in and nothing was too much trouble. Really hope to be back again soon.

Had an amazing 5 night break to this villa, everything was perfect from start to finish, Oliver met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative, the villa itself is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely quiet location and beautiful private garden to relax in during the day if you want too. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by and a supermarket 5 mins walk away, main centre of costa teguise around 20 mins walk away. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was perfect for us with everything you need, exceptionally clean and well furnished and garden areas were fabulous! Met by Katya on arrival and she was friendly and very responsive being available for anything we may have needed.
