Casa Ola, a newly renovated apartment in Los Molinos

Casa Ola is a newly renovated apartment located in the exclusive residential area of Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise—the only area designed by the master and visionary César Manrique. The garden, the two pools, and the building reflect the unique style found only in Lanzarote: white walls, lava stones, and cacti. Playa Bastían is a 300-meter walk away, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the center of Costa Teguise in less than a 15-minute walk. Casa Ola features one bedroom and a bright living room with a sleeper sofa, both with direct access to a large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker, among other appliances, as well as a BRITA on-tap water filtration system. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine installed inside a built-in cabinet. The 12-square-meter terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for dining, lunch, and relaxing. No pets allowed. Children must be 12 or older. Smoking is not allowed. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase.
